Review: we made one late payment due to medical issue and our check was returned we paid extra due to returned check, made rent payment with late fees and all other fees and were told by our leasing office personnel [redacted] specifically that it would be take 6 months for us to be able to make payments again online, this was a selling point that we would be able to make payments online.

I regret to inform the Revdex.com that RV management is the company in charge of this property and since last year in 2014 they have hired and fired more than 10 leasing specialists, they say they one thing and behind our trusting backs using our confidence and signatures do something else. I also inform you that RV management tries to victimize us by creating an untrustworthy contract and their practices have been less than professional even less transparent. this is unacceptable they have nullified their own written contract by ignoring all our issues and conveniently hiring and firing and our concerns are swept under rugs and unprofessionalism and lack of trust has fully bloomed and they refuse to address the issue making us more frustrated. we are unable to trust RV management Missions at Sunbow therefore anybody representing them.Desired Settlement: allow us at once to utilize the website to make payments, stop misrepresenting your company, the law and contracts we signed.

On 8/4/15, the resident came to my office and we reached a satisfying agreement. We removed their payment probation and waived late fees due for the late rent payment for the month of August. I followed up with the resident today, after receiving this letter. They assured me they had intended on canceling this Revdex.com complaint. They confirmed their satisfaction with our aforementioned agreement and guaranteed me they would rescind this complaint directly with the Revdex.com as soon as possible. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have been a resident here for about 2 and half years, since October I have been having issues with my parking the security and parking enforcers that patrol our private gated community which we all collectively pay for. the parking patrol has been tampering with my tires and facilitating illegal towing practices on the property, on the eave of 2/25/2016 I parked my car in our space and the next hour my car was towed. I was able to get my car that same night after a lengthy battle with what appeared to be clearly a bribery scheme involving the towing company who sent a driver that was very unprofessional, intimidating and asking for money. I very concerned with the way management, the parking patrol agents and the towing company are victimizing me and other residents for profit and monetary gain. I have been intimidated before by the missions at sunbow before however It stops right now. I just paid $332 for towing fees my car towed at 830pm and got it out at 10pm. the driver of the towing company [redacted] told me management had spotted no parking tag on my vehicle, that was false since the leasing office closed at 7pm, then they said I was parked in someone else's space that was false too. these people are victimizing me and my family for profit.I want my towing fees and an apology from management and corporate.
