They were timely and did a good job and fixed the problem, however I thought they were a little pricey for no parts (since I supplied the part) and were here a very short time that required minimal effort.

We are so glad we chose Mister S[redacted] for our electrical repairs. Ryan M. was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and why. He was not pushy or overbearing. Based on this first experience with Mister S[redacted] I would definitely call them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Mister S[redacted] gets an A+ from this Sun City West couple!

Robert Z. and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Work was clean and as promised. I will be reaching out to these gentlemen in the near future for more work.

Review: Let me start by saying that I have never used the company for my own services. My neighbor used their services for a project on their home today. I arrived to my home around 11 am to find a bright blue extension cord running from my drive way, across the front of my houes, to the neighbor's. Needless to say, it was a major shock for me and my daughter. I called my husband to inquire if he had spoke to the company working for the neighbor and had given permission for this to take place. He told me that he had done no such thing and had left home around 8am. At this point I unplugged the cord and threw it onto my neighbor's property as an employee of the company walked to the front of the house. He stated to me that he had knocked on the door and had received no answer so took it upon himself to find an outlet and use it. The outlet that he used was across the front of my house, hidden in the roof. An outlet that is undetectable from the outside of the home. This told me that he walked all around our property looking through our stuff, to find it. Simply put, he trespassed on our property and then stole electricity from us. I called the company and spoke to 2 different ladies on the phone who were very pleasant and took mu information to give to his manager. My husband also called the company and was able to speak to the manager who seemed uninterested in the unethical behavior exhibited by his employee. I called the manager Daniel, after my husband provided me the number and informed him of the entire situation. He seemed to not care about the exhibited behavior and even told me that he had brought the equipment to the worker and told him to find a way to get electricity to use it. So as he told me he was aware of the trespassing and theft that occurred on my property by his worker and didn't see it as wrong. He offered us a $25 gift card to any restaurant as a resolution to the problem. That is not acceptable after being violated and stollen from. Be aware & inform your neighbors before hiringDesired Settlement: I feel that they should cover the portion of electricity that was used and pay for violating our personal property. I offered $40, but in realizing all that was done, feel more should be provided.

DO NOT CALL MISTER SPARKY!!!I called Mister Sparky this morning in Scottsdale, Arizona to perform a simple install of a few owner purchased switches and outlets. No wiring was needed as these were to replace existing other style/colors. I was told someone could do the job today. I also needed an opinion on adding a garage light switch. A technician showed up and proceeded to try to up sell me on all my ceiling flood lights, telling me they were all wrong. I never asked about installing light bulbs. Then the technician thought it was appropriate to ask me where I was from and what was my "nationality." A big red flag went up in my head that this was not professional. I told him I did not know! He then thought it appropriate to make himself at home at my kitchen counter,smelling of body odor and sweat as he bounced on the bar stool a few times, telling me he liked it. He proceeded to prepare a quote for the job which was to be over $1200!!!! He asked me 4 times how many outlets and switches were to be changed out when he had the total already written on his notepad. I told him the quote was outrageous. As a former realtor and homeowner for many years I could honestly say that was an outrageous price. He said he wasn't doing the work himself, but would need to schedule someone for another day and that there was a fee just for coming today to give the quote. I told him I was told there was a flat fee, a special today of $49.00 associated with the completed job, not just for a quote. I was not paying for service not received and that was not what the customer service personal told me when I booked the appointment. I asked him to leave and HE WOULD NOT GET UP!!!! I had to call the guard house at the entrance of my development to ask for the police if he would not leave. He then got to his feet and left when I told him I would call the police or have the quard house call. Totally inappropriate behavior. I looked up the number of the person who called me in the morning to confirm and it was from North Carolina! I'm in Arizona! This company is not a reliable or trustworthy business I would ever recommend or use. It is my opinion that it is a franchise that is poorly run in Arizona.
