Below is an email that he sent to me in response to my request for information. “Mr. [redacted]’s claim of lost articles from his room was never substantiated by our investigation, including a lock audit, however we did decide to completely reimburse him for 100% of the value given to us for his items as a good will deed.”I hope this sheds some light on the outcome of the situation for you. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The business did reimburse me 100% however there were others that had things stolen from there rooms that were Wells Fargo employees so I'm not sure why the business responded saying there wasn't substantial information with my complaint. Thank you Ms. [redacted], we just replaced the knife this morning, it will be shipped after the holiday. It was right at about $74.95 with free shipping. We are locating another manual this week, and the glasses were only about $8.50 at [redacted] Your help is appreciated.
