March 14th, Revdex.com of Central Indiana NDelaware Street #Indianapolis, IN 46204-Attn: *** *** Re: File No*** *** ***To Whom it May Concern, Our office sent Mr*** a copy of his bill and summary letter on 3/25/15. Mr*** disputed the account
with a credit reporting agency on or about 6/13/15. Our office did receive several emails disputing the debt however we have already verified the debt and would not send additional copies of bills. We have reviewed the email disputes and no address information was provided on the dispute. Our office has been unable to establish whether Mr*** received our notices and for that reason we requested removal of the debt from the credit reporting agencies on 3/11/16. We have sent Mr*** correspondence of our request for his records.Sincerely,IMC Credit Services Compliance Department

Dear Ms***,In response to your complaint with our office, please allow me to share
with you my findings regarding the above-mentioned account. We have reviewed the call August 14, 2015. There was a request to stop a payment that was setup to run on 10/30/
for $with a
payment instead for $that day. During that call a request was made for no further contact at work and the place of employment phone number was
marked at that time, not to receive calls.Per your request a refund is now pending for the $and should be
back in your checking account in the next business hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused as well as an apology for any rudeness experienced from our representative. Our office takes customer service very seriously and we will handle this matter according to our internal policies. The consumer may call our collection manager, Jennifer
Purkey, to discuss any questions or concerns they still has regarding this
matter at (317) 849-6933.Sincerely,Jennifer ***Assistant Collections Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My original request was to have this agency provide me additional details that I never receivedAfter my own research and making the payment with the hospital directly, I am looking for them to write a letter to credit reporting agency stating the matter is resolved to be able to remove this from my credit report not just updating the balance as zero and still show on my credit reportThis should have never been reported (and would have never been reported if they had provided the details so I could resolve the matter)There are just way too many ** *** bills (with similar amounts) from ** *** Carmel, Fishers emergency physicians and emergency hospitalsThe agency should really provide the details to the customers what they are trying to collect if for some reason it is with them not simply ask for the money and not explain whyThis confusion has costed me a loss of over points in my credit scoreI would like to have them send the letter to the credit agencies so they can take this off my records

*** *** In their reply, IMC began by stating that they sent a validation letter to me on July 23, That is obviously not the truth because I did not even request validation until they received my certified letter on December 27, (It seems they don’t know what validation means.) Instead of sending me validation of a complete payment history, IMC sent me a letter on January 20, that showed an itemization of my medical servicesThat letter clearly stated,” THIS IS NOT A BILL.” It was a charge for an MRI pelvic w/o contrast, and it showed what my insurance paid and partial payments that I madeIt did not show my entire payment historyNow, I want to know what legal right does IMC have to view my personal information without my consent? Validation per the Fair Debt Practice Act is my right to request a complete history of my billing records, as well as proof that I have any contractual obligation to pay IMCI have paid off the entire amount in full and I do not owe any money to *** *** *** nor IMCTherefore, I am making my final request that IMC completely delete the bill they added to my credit reportsIf IMC is not compliant by immediately removing the erroneous bills from all three of my credit reports: My next step will be to seek legal action against them for violating the Fair Debt Practice Act and defamation of characterSincerely, *** ***

RE: ID Number *** Dear Ms***, This letter serves as our response to the complaint filed by *** ***IMC Credit Services has reviewed the account notes and the recorded calls in regards to Mr***. It has been determined that IMC Credit Services has attempted to work
fairly with Mr*** and the calls were in line with our expected standards. Our office has requested additional information from our client and as soon as the information is received in our office we will mail the verification to Mr***Recently, Mr*** has offered to settle his accounts for 35% of the balance due. Our client does not authorize us to settle accounts for this amount and we did communicate that our client would authorize a reduction, however not the amount that Mr*** offeredMr*** wishes to pay his accounts in exchange for our office deleting them. Once a credit reported account has been paid or settled in our agency, the account is then reported as paid in full, or settled in full to the credit reporting agencies. IMC Credit Services apologizes for any misunderstanding with Mr***. Should Mr*** wish to further discuss his accounts, he may contact me directly and I will be glad to assist himIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (317) 829-0076.Sincerely,Stacy P***Assistant Collection Manager

IMC received a dispute from Ms***, 6/29/15, requesting validation of her debts. Ms***’s accounts were then placed in a dispute status, copies of the bills were requested and all three credit reporting agencies were marked as disputed. IMC received an E-Oscar dispute on 8/5/15, in which the reported tradelines were deleted from Ms***’s credit while the accounts are still pending with requests out to our clients. Once IMC receives the copies of the bills they will be mailed to Ms***’s home address. Since the receipt of Ms***'s dispute letter we have not attempted collection efforts. The consumer may call our collection manager, Jennifer P***, to discuss any questions or concerns they still has regarding this matter at (317) 849-6933.Sincerely,Noelle *** ***

Dear *** ***,
In response to your letter, please allow me to share with you my findings regarding the above-mentioned
account.
IMC attempted to mail validation letters on all accounts listed in our office. The letters were returned in the mail due to an invalid address.
One account was listed with the credit reporting agencies and we have requested the account be deleted and a deletion letter will be mailed to Mr*** acknowledging the request. We now have a system safeguard in place to prevent accounts receiving mail return from reporting to the credit reporting agencies
IMC has requested the validation letters to be resent to the correct addressBalance verification and copies of the bills are also being requested on all accounts listed. Once, IMC receives the copies of the bills they will be mailed to the consumer via USPS mail
