I am rejecting this response because:
MLK Auto refuses to address the actual reason for my not buying the car, namely the documented odometer fraud. I take issue with MLK for making false statements about what had transpired. In particular, I take great exception for the crude attempt with his spurious accusation about racist comments. This is only meant to cloud the issue at hand which MLK fails to address. The only personal interaction I had had with [redacted] was when I discovered we both were members of the same religion. He even tried to create more of a religious affinity with me by telling me he teaches religious classes at his Church. I must say, this tactic worked, because I initially felt more comfortable dealing with him.
I do not know whether MLK is directly or indirectly involved with tampering with the car odometer, but as the dealer he is certainly responsible. I have furnished documents to prove this fraud. I gave MLK Auto a $100 deposit in good faith contingent on MLK's good faith. I demand a refund or I will go to any length to persue fraud charges.
I brought my kids down to his lot to test drive and buy the car on the day in question, at 5:00 pm approx. Early that morning [redacted] and I negotiated a deal
for the car contingent on his replacing the windshield and washing/detailing the car. When I arrived at 5:00:
1- I realized that MLK auto did not replace windshield(MLK indicated it would be done by 2:00-3:00 that same afternoon).
2-The car was still not clean([redacted] somehow tried to excuse this by claiming he had a new employee washing the cars).
I brought the above two points to George's attention and he attempted to pressure me to buy the car. I told him I would pay him only when he had fullfilled his part of deal(fixing windshield and properly cleaning car). I grew suspicious of MLK Auto's methods and told them I would be back the next day to buy when they had fullfilled their obligations. The next day, because of my suspicions, I Checked with Auto Check(see documents) service and discovered that MLK was perpetrating a vehicle fraud with phony mileage readings. I called MLK and told of of my findings. [redacted] went into a tirade, but never even discussed the odomoter issue. He tried to place blame on me with spurious insinuations. I told him I could not proceed under the circumstances and expected my deposit back.
In addition, I am requesting $20 for the Auto Check fee and $2 for gas I had to put into his car during my test drive. My total request is $122.

[redacted] TOLD US THAT HIS FRIENDS DROPED HIM OFF AND HE THOUGHT THAT HE IS GOING TO TAKE THE FORD AND WHILE, HE LIKED THE IMPALA WHICH COST MORE THAN THE FORD THAT HE WAS PLANNING TO PURCHASE HE ASKED US TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT GET TOO LATE AND DARK AND HE WILL COME THE NEXT OAY TO FINISH THE TRANSACTION AND HE TOLD US THAT HE IS IN THE MILLITARY AND HE LIVES FAR, SO WE TOLD•HIM THAT WE TRUST OUR MILITARY PEOPLE AND HE MADE A PROMICE THAT HE IS GOING TO BE BEFORE 10:00 AM THE NEXT DAY TO PAY THE REST OF THE MONEY WHICH IS $900.00 NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND HE GAVE US HIS PHONE # WHICH IS [redacted]-**7-[redacted] (SEE ATTACHED RECEIPT). [redacted] DID WANT THE IMPALA BECAUSE HE PUT MONEY DOWN AS A DEPOSIT AND HE WAS ADVISED THAT THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND WE POINTED TO OUR POLICY (SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT), [redacted] SAID I KNOW, I WANT THE CAR AND THAT IS WHY I'M PUTTING ALL THE MONEY DOWN AND I'M GOING TOMORROW TO FINISH THE REST BECAUSE THIS IS ALL I HAVE RIGHT NOW AND THE BANK IS CLOSED NOW.THE NEXT DAY CAME & [redacted] DID NOT SHOW UP, WE TRIED TO CALL THE # HE GAVE US BUT THAT NUMBER WAS NOT A WORKING #, AND WE HEAD OUT TO DO OUR WORK WHICH PULLING CARS FROM THE AUCTION. AFTER 1:00 PM [redacted] CALL US FROM A DIFFERENT # AND HE SAID THAT HE IS OUTSIDE BY THE LOTS, WE TOLD HIM THAT OUR APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10:00 AND HE DID NOT SHOW UP & WE TRIED TO CALL HIM BUT THE # IS NOT A WORKING #, AND WE TOLD HIM WHEN WE ARE DONE MOVING CARS, WE WILL CONTACT HIM. WHEN I GOT TO THE SHOP AND DONE WITH THE FIRST LOAD AND AFTER 10 MINUTES OF BEING THERE [redacted] SHOWED UP WITH AN OLDER MAN, THE OLDER MAN INTRUDUCED HIMSELF AS [redacted]'S FATHER. THE FATHER DID ALL THE TALKING AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS A BUSINESS MAN AND HE KNOWS AND WORKS WITH DEALERSHIP AND HE WANTS [redacted] TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM THE OTHER PEOPLE, I TOLD HIM THAT [redacted] MADE A COMMITMENT WITH US AND HE LIKED THE CAR AND TOLD US THAT HE IS GOING TO PAY US THE REST OF THE MONEY THE NEXT DAY AND WE DID TRUST HIM BECAUSE HE IS A MILITARY MAN AND ALSO [redacted] MENTIONNED THAT IF HE DECIDED TO GO AND GET THE FORD, IF IT IS OK WITH US, WE TOLD HIM YES, THE GENTLEMAN DID NOT LIKE WHAT I TOLD HIM, HE GOT UPSET AND HE TOW [redacted] NOT TO SAY OR ANSWER ANYTHING AND HE IS GOING TO CALL THE NEWS AND HE THREATENNED US TO FILE A LAWSUIT AND CALL THE POLICE , THEN I LOOKED TOWARD [redacted] BECAUSE THE DEAL WAS DONE WITH HIM AND HE IS AN ADULT AND I TOLD HIM THAT IF HE WANTS TO GET THE FORD HE IS MORE THAN WELCOME BUT I WAND TO KNOW WHICH ONE AND I HAVE TO SEE WHAT HE IS GOING TO OWE US DEPENDING ON THE FORD HE CHOOSE BUT THE GENTELMEN TOLD [redacted] TO GO OUTSIDE AND THEY HEAD OUT AND THE GENTLEMAN SAID THAT HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE, I TOLD HIM THAT HE CAN DO WHATEVER HE WANTS, AND [redacted] STILL OWE US $900.00. THEY BOTH WAITED OUTSIDE AND WE HEAD BACK TO FINISH OUR WORK (PULLING CARS) AFTER WE FINISHED AND HEAD BACK TO THE LOT, WE CALLED THE # THAT [redacted] CALLED US FROM BUT NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE.THE IMPALA IS NOT IN OUR POSSESSION, AND [redacted] STILL DID NOT SHOW UP TO EITHER PAY US THE REST OF THE MONEY SO THE TRANSFER COULD BE DONE, NOR GETTING THE FORD.
