 Hi. My luggage was lost on Sept ** during flight from Thessaloniki to Berlin Tegel via Düsseldorf. Flight numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. The claim was filed at Tegel airport (TXL) on Sept **, right after arrival. Lost luggage claim number is [redacted]; bag tag number for the lost luggage is [redacted]. I also created a claim on Air Berlin website, as instructed - claim [redacted]. As of now no one can give me any information on where my luggage is and I am being treated with disrespect. Air Berlin customer  service is useless and very rude. TXL lost and found staff is not much better. I emailed Air Berlin and tried to contact anyone via web site, since most numbers given do not work, with no success. I find this service unacceptable and would like my property back. Thank you

My daughter is a German resident and US citizen.See attached email !We have contacted their consulate to ensure she have the proper documentation prior to flight departure. She has Student Visa and the Schengen law, which enables U.S. citizens to stay up to 90 days as tourists. It does not interfere with any German National immigration law and vice versa. Which means, that a U.S. citizen can stay after his National German (D) visa expires another 90 days in Germany as a tourist.“[redacted]Parents[redacted]

 I contacted customer service via phone twice and email multiple times as described in my complaint. I was just recently contacted by a separate customer service group who said their call center failed to forward them my information. This was a further error on their side and not that I failed to file information . I have since spoken with this new customer service group and supplied them with all requested information which I had already previously given the other group.

Thank you for the follow-up. Our office has spoken to client today and we have looked at the case again. Our customer service department has all necessary feedback, including that of the Airport Boarding staff on file and will address this with the client within the next few days. Best regards, [redacted]

Thank you for forwarding the matter once more. We have spoken with the customer yesterday and this morning and advised him that a credit was issued to him and that the problem was caused by an erroneous internal transfer to the fraud department.I have advised the customer of the credit he will be receiving. Best regards, [redacted]
