Mark A***, who works for Swift Services, was at my home recently for aspiring check up of my heat pump He found the points to be severly worn He replaced the part and cleaned and checked out the unit He also explained how to use the thermostat, since moving from the north I had no experience with heat pumps He was very friendly and very knowledgable It was a pleasure to deal with him Since I signed a service contract with Swift Services I hope to have him return in the fall to service the unit again I have a lot of confidence in his ability
