I called Swift Services after flooding by Hurricane Matthew. Mark A was sent out that afternoon, took many photos of the damage to heat pumps and air handler .Mark worked with me in submitting a proposal for the FEMA adjuster. Swift set up a date to begin work and showed up on time that day. I could not be any more pleased than working with Mark at this difficult time. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would have to give him a 10 because there is no 11.

A sub-standard business. I had this company install two AC's at my house. The contract called for two 15-SEER units - the company instead installed two 14-SEER units "rated at 15-SEER" (under optimal conditions). Revdex.com would not respond to a complaint about this since they considered it to be a "contract" matter. The company offers a semi-annual service under contract. They never performed the six-month service and then claimed they were unsuccessful in attempts to schedule this service. My phone number has not changed and they never showed up on my caller ID as having tried to contact me. I will never use this company's services again.

The service provided was excellent.

Mark A[redacted], who works for Swift Services, was at my home recently for aspiring check up of my heat pump. He found the points to be severly worn. He replaced the part and cleaned and checked out the unit. He also explained how to use the thermostat, since moving from the north I had no experience with heat pumps. He was very friendly and very knowledgable. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Since I signed a service contract with Swift Services I hope to have him return in the fall to service the unit again. I have a lot of confidence in his ability.

Paul the installer is wonderful, very courteous, helpful and trustworthy. I could leave him in my home without anyone being there and never have a worry. He provided me with great feedback on my system and look forward to having him check my system every year.

Swift Services has been a pleasure to do business with. They're always prompt, courteous and very customer service oriented. Darrin showed up when expected, explained what he was doing and made me feel comfortable that everything was in great working order before he left. I would definitely recommend Swift!
