On Saturday July [redacted] I was looking on this site and had put items in my shopping bag , meanwhile I accidentally hit the submit button after several times of changing and removing items in my bag , so it automatically said thank you for your order , I did not have to put in my [redacted] no they obviously kept it in record which I think is wrong , so I immediately contacted them by email because they have no phone # listed for customer service I wanted the order cancelled they emailed me back saying they could not cancel the order it was already put in for shipment , so I said well the least they could do for me is give me 10% off because I had a code for 10% from a previous order which I would have used had it not been submitted, I wanted them to credit my [redacted] that 10% they said they could give me a 5.00$ credit to the store I again asked for a credit on my [redacted] , no response so I then emailed and asked for the code for this 5.00$ store credit no response I will not order from this company again first of all I don't think they should be able to keep your [redacted] no I think you should have to put that in yourself for each order , second of all they have a no return policy that's the reason I wanted the order cancelled this was a 50$ order So beware people of the buttons you push when selecting items and submitting!!

Customers shipping address was incomplete which is why the order has not yet been shippedI have canceled the order and refunded the full amount

This company is a scam Products that they send to you are not what they advertise Quality of jewlry is a lie When you try to deal with them the correct way, they have offer no help and chide you by saying Cheers! Very unprofessional! I will be telling every review site about this company

We are sorry that you did not recall ordering the items but we have a no return policy I have attached a copy of our return policyThis policy is also advertised on the ad for the items purchased

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] This is a developing issue I am still working things out with Mobstub However it remains unresolved at this point This has been going on for one month already Initially, I received the wrong items I requested that Mobstub retrieve the items and refund the purchase price to my credit card Originally they said I could keep the wrong items and that they would give me "store credit" I did not want store credit and asked for a refund Then they wanted photos of the wrong items I did receive I sent them the photos of the wrong items (which I STILL have) Then Mobstub said they were very sorry and they have re-sent the correct items with a shipping label for me to return the wrong items I wrote back to them saying I had already replaced the items myself as they were needed for visiting company (this had already taken weeks of correspondence back and forth) I immediately told Mobstub I did not want their replacement items Then Mobstub said it was their POLICY to replace wrongly-shipped items, and the correct items were on the way! I wrote and told them that I had had enough, to stop badgering me with their products and take their stuff back or I would have a lawyer contact them This morning (March ***) they wrote to tell me, I could have my refund, but I would have to send back now all items (the wrong set of items and now the new set of items) at my expense!!! They are so ridiculous They initially sent the wrong items, they confused the issue with a slow, ineffective and tedious customer service process and then want me to pay for their mistakes! I never requested that they correct the order by re-sending the items...in fact, I specifically told them to NOT SEND THEM!!! They think they fixed this???? In essence you may be charged the cost of your purchase repeatedly with every attempt you try to correct an unfixable error that resides on MobStub online address verification system (AVS) Customer service is horrible and leaves you to plead with your bank’s fraud department to cancel all the repeated charges from MobStub During checkout their AVS system has a fault that will return an error on a some valid addressesThe site only displays an error banner says “AVS Error..” with no additional information of what this means, or any other prompts of what to do next, and halts the progression of checkout processDespite the error indicating a failed checkout attempt, MobStub still charges the amount to your Credit Card without an Order number, or any account history of an Order going through/failing, leaving an unknowing shopper to attempt the checkout againWhen a shopper does this MobStub.com displays the same error and makes an additional charge to your credit card, indicating you have not purchased anything in the cart
