I tossed the comforter in the gentle cycle of my high end washer, and it fell apart like tissue! I ordered a handbag that was advertised as % genuine leatherIt arrived with a genuine leather tag, and that was the only thing genuine leather that was thereThe entire bag is vinylThe first description that describes this bag is "genuine leather" so this is advertisingVery annoying

The customer placed separate orders for the beaniesThe orders were placed on different dates as well As these are clearly listed on Final Sale we are unable to authorize a refund
