This package was never return to our warehouse from the carrier as a return to sender, undeliverable. Your... first notice to our company regarding your address change was on 02/28 from email, [redacted] indicating your move and new address My new address is [redacted] ***. In this email you indicated that you contacted USPS and their office was closed. After reviewing the carrier tracking information we show that USPS used the address which was on file to deliver your package on 03/04. Unfortunately the time frame from the date you contacted us and how the events happen we were unable to change your address per your request. This is not an error in our end or the carriers end, order was fulfilled as you placed it on 02/07.

We do not accept used or worn clothing through a phone conversation Ms [redacted] was offered shipping reimbursement she did not accept this offer we have no further offers for Ms [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not decline the refund of my shipping expenses, I asked corporate to respond to the fact that the company failed to respond to my concern that an item was not returned that I had shipped back.  They were not helpful when I contacted them about the returns, simply stating that the items were returned worn and now they are stating that there was make up on the items.  There is no way that is possible, as I do not wear make up, ever, so this again, is just one of the many dishonest responses from this company.  
I have their emails saved where they stated they would refund my shipping money, which they have failed to do and never once did they mention that they were not going to refund it to me until I called to discuss the missing item.  That is when I was told I was being a bother to the company and that they changed their minds and were not going to help me.  
This is an unprofessional business practice and I am seeking the refunds that were promised to me.
I will provide copies of the emails, if that is necessary.

Review: I ordered clothes from this company as I have done before with absolutely no issues. This time I had it sent to a place that I was living at, due to unforeseen circumstances I had to move, I forwarded my mail to my new address and never received my package. I have received other mail from various sources. I have contacted them 4 times regarding this issue and nothing has been done. For some strange reason they delivered it to Kentucky. I have advised them on those multiple occasions that I live in Washington state and have never lived in KY. I have emails from a customer service rep who was rude and didn't do what she said she did -updated my address their system. Her name is [redacted]. That's all she puts in the emails. When I asked her if they had a warehouse in KY and what address they shipped it to her only response was the UPS tracking number and a link that said "go to UPS" I reiterated that I don't live in KY and would like either a full refund or for them to reprocess the order free of charge. Nothing has been done. I contacted them today 3.17.15 and asked for a full refund. The total for the order came to $73.49. For a person who lives pay check to pay check thats a lot of money to throw away and get nothing in return. I originally placed this order on 2.7.15. I haven't been able to get a live person when I call because their wait time is ridiculously long and I work so I can't just wait on the phone and they're closed before I'm even off work.Desired Settlement: I want my money back on my card.

Review: I placed an order online with Moddeals on February 11,2016. The money was instantly took out of my bank account. It is now February 16, 2016 and I have not gotten any confirmation that my order was even placed. I've called and called. The phone keeps you on hold and after thirty minutes sends you to a voicemail each time. I have sent three emails and the response time is twenty four's hours, nothing. Now the website is "under construction" I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: Is there a way you can somehow get in touch with these people? I've read reviews that some people have gotten items from Moddeals. I read before I buy but I really just want my money back.

Review: My order number is [redacted]. I ordered several piece of items, one blouse came with several large tears in in it that must have been seen when packed to shipped. I contacted the company via email thrice sending them details pictures so they saw for themselves what I was talking about but got no response. Review: Moddeals charged my credit card and did not deliver my full order. I ordered two items and only one was delivered. I have emailed Moddeals Customer Care address three times and have received no response. I tried calling them and was on hold for 30mns at which time I was given an automated message that they were experiencing technical difficulties and hung up on. I have tried contacting them via Facebook and Twitter with no response. I have come across other similar complaints to mine. It is my belief that Moddeals is charging customers credit cards and not delivering orders.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to investigate Moddeals for fraud and theft. I want my credit card fully refunded for both items to compensate for time spent on this issue.

Review: I ordered several items from this company in a total amount of $79.36. I chose the option of Expedited Shipping, and my item has still never arrived (nearly a week and a half later.) When I track my order it says that the item was shipped and delivered, but I never received a thing. I have called this company on numerous occasions, and I have also emailed them, only to receive no reply. I am furious with the poor customer service of this company and I would like to figure out where my package is and receive it, or get a FULL refund and an apology from the company.Desired Settlement: I would first like to speak with a representative of the company. that you had not received your package. It is however showing up as delivered on usps.com as

of 9/25/2013 at 3:00pm. In our shipping policy it states that we are not responsible for lost or

stolen packages. lm assuming this package was stolen due to it being scanned at the address

you have provided. I have called and left you a voicemail twice with an offer to issue you a store

credit for the full amount of $79.36 in a hope that this could be a little bit of comfort as we

understand that being a victim of theft is a very violating feeling. I apologize that you have had

to deal with this situation. Please call us at 855-836-6255 so we can issue you your store credit

and a free upgrade of expedited shipping.
