Regarding the comment stating that we did not follow the eight steps outlined, this is misleading on the client's part because we followed all eight steps as we worked on the projectAll of the eight steps pertained to the methodology refinements and not the analysisWe definitely have just as many if not more clients coming to us for methodology assistance, and it is an integral part of the statistical consulting services we offerThere are no ethical concerns here, as statistical consulting has been around for a long time and we definitely encourage our clients to review our work thoroughly and consult it as a reference for their own workRegarding the comment about August * emails, all of the attachments the client sent were incorporated in refining her methodology chapterThe methodology is definitely a part of the "mathematics" that the client is referring to, as we had our statistical consulting team work on her project, and one of our senior statisticians conducted a review of the chapter before sending it out to the client to ensure that all eight agreements from the email were metWe're unsure why the client decided that we should be working on the analysis after a thorough discussion about her methodology refinements, but as can be seen from all the screenshots of email exchanges and judging from the fact that her groundless chargeback request was declined by [redacted] , we've definitely done our part to assist with the client's project to the best of our abilityLastly, the methodology chapter of a quantitative manuscript is not something that someone with a degree in writing would be capable of doing in general, further bolstering the argument that she came to us for statistical methods assistance prior to embarking on the analysis

[redacted] initially contacted with her dataset and no research questions and no plan for data analysisThe process of assistance included identifying that [redacted] 's data was not sufficient to complete the type of work that she wanted to doAlthough there are multiple emails explaining this to her, she continued to push for a result that was statistically impossible – importantly, her dataset was much smaller than the sample she wanted to emulateIt took us several statisticians to explain to her why her intended methods were unfeasible, and this took a great deal of phone time by multiple statisticiansConsidering [redacted] 's contract with us was for statistical assistance and the statistical analysis of her data, all of this was necessary to proceed with the workFinally, on July ***, [redacted] emailed us stating she is moving ahead with us; see email below: [redacted] * [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here][Your Answer Here]The company representative Heather Bowlan on May ** agreed after reviewing the data and research questions that they would be able to complete the study as discussed On May *, I emailed her my research questions and data, which contradicts the company's claim that I did not provide research questionsOn May **, she emailed me looking to "close the loop" for my study OnJune ** she states, "I hope your week's going well so far! I wanted to get back to you today with two updates for youThe first is that we're off to a great start with your analysis--we've mergedyour data into one SPSS file, and are reviewing the data alongside your research questions to determine the best statistical procedures to complete this work." Again contradicting the company's statement and not indicating any issues with my study It wasn't until I stated to question the timeline, did they then state they were unable to complete the analysis Although they were provided the tools used in the study, they did not familiarize with the administration and scoring of the tools, which call for anonymity from teacher responses They then stated on June [redacted] that they would need individual teacher responses to align with the student outcomes to complete the study, which is not how the study was ever designed, nor does it follow the survey tool outline Therefore, they did not read the documents provided and did not provide any information that would lead to additional statistical analysis On July [redacted] they stated that they were unable to provide any work completed thus far, yet my deposit was used for "consultation" fees They initiated the questions about the study and only after I started to question the status of my study, see attached emails They provided a receipt of my deposit, but not one communication with anyone in the company stated that they would use the deposit for consultation fees or that the deposit was nonrefundable Their claim that they provided assistance for me to continue on, is negated by their lack of understanding of the reliable, well-established, and validated survey tools There was never a statement of "consultation fees" or "non-refundable deposit." From the attached emails, you can see that I was fraudulently lead to believe that my study would be completed as discussed It was only when I questioned the progress of the project did the issues arise In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID#? [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Clark is a? con artist and has a long history of ripping off students and manipulating facts and reviewsMy statements over the phone and over email was? extremely clearMy request to follow PRIMSA was? extremely clearHis "evidence" of following PRISMA is an empty flow chart? labeled "PRISMA"PRISMA? verification is a 3rd party peer review system that over see's my? research projectI had to know the? mathematical formula to complete the? requirements? This company used a mix of emails and phone calls and only wants to refer to one email out of to state they provided me with a projectWhat they provided was pure? nonsenseIt was a heap of lingo that stated, "See the next chapter" or some other? excuse for filling spaceMy? research is a? meta-analysis, not a methodology on what a meta? analysis is? Pay Pal did not side with him because Pay Pal is an? exploit of a 3rd payer party systemBy using pay pal, I lost my consumer? protection.Clark is highly? aggressive and enjoys sending threats, as I have already? received? threats via emailHe is? threatening to sue me for slander because I filed a compliant with the Revdex.comHe also? laughed when I said I was? going to the policeAs a typical con artist, he knows the local police will not be able to so anything? because of? jurisdiction? issues.I have run a business for yearsIf I ever had anyone? unhappy with the results of my services, I would give them a refundIt is the right thing to doBut as Clark has gender shamed me by calling me "emotional and confused" he has constantly deflected his part in this situationHe does not hire professionalsHe? higher people off? Craigs listThese are often college students and not professional advanced degreed mathematiciansI believed and was told via verbal? conversation and email? that I was working with mathematiciansClark even stated he was a mathematician and that he was doing my meta analysisAs soon as I agreed to pay them, they switched the person I was talking with (Jay Blackstone) and moved me to ClarkI tried to follow up on the PRISMA and I was sent an email stating I did not need the PRISMAThe entire reason I was working with a? consulting? group is because the peer review organization advised me to do so for the math analysisThis goes to show how? despicable this company isThey lied and lied and lied In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company has grossly mislead the Revdex.com and myself by omitting up to seven conversations that we have leading up to the email As per the email they list as number 1, they failed to reach the eight steps outlined in what they were going to do They did not complete any of the steps outlined I never asked for a "methodology", nor, DID I EXPECT A COMPANY TO ASSIST IN CHEATINGThey used a misleading term "methodology" as a description of the eight steps they previously outlined in the emailI never has assistance on the PRISMA, or anything else that I asked for.On August *, one of the first emails I sent to inquire about a statical consulting company, as this company marketsI stated very clearly the steps I have already followed including my rejected letter on the PRISMA, using analysis tools, and specifically stating that I do not know the math that I need to finish my projectFrom the VERY FIRST conversation you can see that I am clearly asking about analysis. On August ***, I sent them an email and sent them my lab results and my capstone projectThe project already had most of the topics completed, or at least as much as I could do up until the results were calculatedAgain, I never asked for a methodology to be completed because I have already finished most of the method portion of my capstone The PRISMA is part of the methodThe method explains how I came up with the data, dates that I did research, guidelines that were used to reject or accept research This company did not provide anything of use towards my method of the capstoneIts a random chapter for no ready that is zero quality, and states nothing other then, "It will be discussed in a later chapter" - WE DON'T EVEN HAVE CHAPTERS IN A RESEARCH ARTICLE THAT IS PUBLISHED. If you go back and read the ONE email they are referring you with the idea that I spent a month talking to them over the phone telling them about data and math and just disconnected my phone line when I told them - again, "I just need the data analysis because I don't know what math to useThen you will see how extremely misleading they were. And to further prove my point, September ** was supposed to be my presentation on the final projectIf they gave me nothing days before the presentation, yet promising I could present on time, how exactly what I supposed to finish in time? I even talked to them and stated the school was willing to bend some rules to let me present without them fully reading my documentsALL I NEEDED WAS THE ANALYSIS - that was all All I needed was to make a power point to present to the committee with the data completed and my presentation would have been completed. They were 100% misleading and fraudulent in their actions. If I do not get a full refund I am going to file with the State General Attorney and the Inspector General of Education and discuss how this company is taking payment to do students projectsI am sure the Department of Education would love to see how many students these people have written homework forAs it stands, I think that is disgusting *** FYI - I have publications and a degree in writing, I don't need anyone writing my homework.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[ The claims made by the owner are not accurate of the services that were promised and delivered based on our conversations and contract. There were exactly six call made on October *, to get updates between 9:am and 7:pm since there was no contact over the weekend (I specifically as on Friday, October *, would someone be available, the response as “oh sure someone can contact you over the weekend”). During the call made at 4:pm, which lasted over seven minutes, I was ask to contact my school to request an extension. Around 5:pm I received an email from Clark requesting payment to which I asked for a formal conversation to discuss the deliverables. My quick action to contact the Revdex.com on October **, resulted in the company pushing out all the work they had completed. This was not a good faith gesture because 1) the document was not formatted in APA, 2) the references were not cited in APA in the reference section nor in the body of the document and 3) the consultant repeatedly referenced on article throughout several sections of the document, just to name a few. To make matters worst, the information provided does not meet doctoral level writing. I documented every email conversation and kept a log of calls which I made to the company in order to ensure that my request would be delivered October *, in time for submission on October *, 2017. On September **, I spoke to the representative to express my concerns for the deadline date and my budget. On September **, the representative acknowledged the deadline was important in order to submit on October *, 2017. It was imperative to get this work and review it before the submission deadline, so why would I not want to review with a consultant when delivery was after 5:pm on October *, - after the expected contract time. Maybe if there were customer service and good communication throughout the project we would have developed a level of expectation, however this was not done. There is a lack of trust that has been created by the company on their ability to professionally assist with future edits to the scope of work and in a timely manner. There were negative reviews that I may have gained some insight about the quality of work this company produce and most are consistent with my own experience. I had considered other there were other companies and individuals that I had considered before entering into a contract with this company. These companies and individuals provided the same services and the prices were not very competitive, so I gave the benefit of the doubt to this company. The best resolution for this case is the refund of $900.00. You The claims made by the owner are not accurate of the services that were promised and delivered based on our conversations and contract. This company is a scam and I have a page document to prove they failed to render servicesAs he has clearly just stated, he is aware that I ordered a data-analysis and not a theory on terms and definitionHe is using pay-pal as a shield to exploit loop holes in banking practicesThis is why he is so confident that he is going to "win"He has also written me threats for going to the Revdex.com and stated he will sue me for slander if I complain about him and his companyHe also bragged that I could not use law enforcement since he was not in the same stateI discovered that was not a case and there is a pending investigation on his practices ]

We are refunding the $now, but we think it is fair that the customer update the complaint with the information regarding the refundThank you

The client clearly had trouble understanding the exact details of the agreement from the very beginningFirstly, we have many clients who come to us for assistance with chapter 3, as devising a methodology of a doctoral thesis is often difficultThe exact wording on our agreement email was "The
cumulative result of our work would be a full methodology that is ready to be approved, and the total cost for this work would be $1,800" - and when we reminded her of this agreement she responded saying that she just wants her "f'ing results" which is clearly unprofessionalSecondly, we delivered the work for a payment of $1,which was well short of the agreed $1,taking into account her financial situation as well as her urgent need to review the project, so she still owes an additional $Jay definitely stated that data analysis would be something we can assist with after the completion of this project, but we were very clear with regards to exactly what would be provided and incorporated all of the communication to produce a full methodologyThe "steps" outlined in Jay's email were all with regards to how we'd be developing the methodology and the data analysis procedures, with no mention about us conducting the actual analysis or any mention of coding software we'd have to use to produce the resultsAlso, we reminded her that revisions will be provided free of charge if she discovers that any of the items were not fulfilled, at which point she began ignoring our emails to initiate a claim on the payment and file a groundless complaint to the Revdex.com.Precision agreed to a methodology fix-up, which is the chapter of the client's dissertation, and this is outlined in clear detail according to agreement email from August ***The work was also delivered with a total payment of $1,taking into account the client's budget and understanding of the situation she was in, which was $short of the finalized agreementAgreement email is a continuation of the email thread from agreement email stating the acknowledgement on behalf of the client, in addition to an additional discount that was provided taking into account her budgetAs we can see from agreement email 3, the client is asking for the results, which would come in the chapter of the client's dissertationWe told her that we'd be able to revise the document for her free of charge if she discovered that any of the items in the agreement were not met, but she completely disregarded the message and filed a claimThe work delivered is clearly a refinement of chapter 3, the methodology chapter, and we've fulfilled our obligations exactly according to the agreementThis shows that she was unwilling to reference the past emails for what we've agreed to, but ask for us to provide chapter free of charge when what we agreed to was a chapter
