I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here][Your Answer Here]The company representative Heather Bowlan on May ** agreed after reviewing the data and research questions that they would be able to complete the study as discussed.  On May *, I emailed her my research questions and data, which contradicts the company's claim that I did not provide research questions. On May **, she emailed me looking to "close the loop" for my study.   OnJune ** she states, "I hope your week's going well so far! I wanted to get back to you today with two updates for you. The first is that we're off to a great start with your analysis--we've mergedyour data into one SPSS file, and are reviewing the data alongside your research questions to determine the best statistical procedures to complete this work." Again contradicting the company's statement and not indicating any issues with my study.  It wasn't until I stated to question the timeline, did they then state they were unable to complete the analysis.  Although they were provided the tools used in the study, they did not familiarize with the administration and scoring of the tools, which call for anonymity from teacher responses.  They then stated on June ** that they would need individual teacher responses to align with the student outcomes to complete the study, which is not how the study was ever designed, nor does it follow the survey tool outline.  Therefore, they did not read the documents provided and did not provide any information that would lead to additional statistical analysis.  On July[redacted] they stated that they were unable to provide any work completed thus far, yet my deposit was used for "consultation" fees.  They initiated the questions about the study and only after I started to question the status of my study, see attached emails.  They provided a receipt of my deposit, but not one communication with anyone in the company stated that they would use the deposit for consultation fees or that the deposit was nonrefundable.  Their claim that they provided assistance for me to continue on, is negated by their lack of understanding of the reliable, well-established, and validated survey tools.  There was never a statement of "consultation fees" or "non-refundable deposit."  From the attached emails, you can see that I was fraudulently lead to believe that my study would be completed as discussed.  It was only when I questioned the progress of the project did the issues arise.

[redacted] initially contacted with her dataset and no research questions and no plan for data analysis. The process of assistance included identifying that [redacted]'s data was not sufficient to complete the type of work that she wanted to do. Although there are multiple emails explaining this to...

her, she continued to push for a result that was statistically impossible – importantly, her dataset was much smaller than the sample she wanted to emulate. It took us several statisticians to explain to her why her intended methods were unfeasible, and this took a great deal of phone time by multiple statisticians. Considering [redacted]'s contract with us was for statistical assistance and the statistical analysis of her data, all of this was necessary to proceed with the work. Finally, on July [redacted] emailed us stating she is moving ahead with us; see email below: [redacted]

The refund was processed in full. Please see the attached screenshots from [redacted]l. The funds have already left our accounts and should have arrived in the client's. Transaction IDs can be verified through [redacted]l.

The refund has not posted to my credit card.  I also called them and they have not received a refund transaction from this company.I am not accepting until the refund has posted to my account.

[redacted] and her friend [redacted] are from the same university and likely friends. We received their complaints on the same day, and it took us rather by surprise. We are discussing with each of them individually in regards to an amicable conclusion to the situation. When resolved, they should be notifying...

The complaint was addressed before the letter was even received - the complaint was issued on February [redacted], and was addressed in mid-late February. The letter was received end of February. We've already spoken with [redacted] and she is in process of withdrawing the complaint. The client should...

have no further issues - please let me know if this is not the case.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is semi satisfactory to me and the matter has been partially resolved.Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and would like it noted that the organization is working with me to eventually get the results noted within the contract. I did pay the vendor in FULL ($4000) before getting the results of my contract, which was one of my original concerns so the minute I PAID without the results of the contract complete, my concern remained. I think the vendor feels that my concerns have been addressed because they are working with me, but they are only doing so because I paid them $4000 before the contract is complete. My original concern was two-fold because  my issue is that1) that I had to pay in full before receiving all of the results promised within my contract, and 2) the addendum that I added was not fulfilled because I asked for constant updates that I did not receive.My original concerns still "remain" and have not gone away, so I disagree that when I submitted the request that it was already resolved. The correct response from the vendor would have been that I paid the balance in full despite my concerns SO they are working with me to eventually fulfill the contract requirements. I do want to be clear- I think the vendor is going to fulfill the contract- I just do not feel the vendor is going to recognize or attempt to address the root of my concern- which is paying 1/2 to start and paying 1/2 when the entire contract has been completed. I am happy the vendor continues to work with me but admit I feel helpless in that I have no standard timeline now on when the task can be completed. I don't have defined turn around times and am at the mercy of the organization- THAT's my concern but Cathryn is currently working with me to get through this AS best she can so I am recommending closing this to give Precision a chance to assist me in becoming a satisfied customer despite my concerns. The refund was already processed - we cannot control what her credit card company does and how long it takes. Please see attached proof of refund.
