Addressing Mr [redacted] 's complaints in order:1.) We did not falsify any information on the certified inspection At the time of certification, all items were present We acknowledged that upon purchase and possibly thereafter, Mr [redacted] 's concerns were brought to light and in an effort to attain his satisfaction, we rectified these issues, no questions asked 2.) Mr [redacted] did not purchase the vehicle at a "premium" as set forth by him Mr [redacted] purchased the vehicle for $14, At the time of his purchase in November 2016, this price was $1,below NADA retail price ($16,250) for this vehicle 3.) Mr [redacted] is free to, at any time, cancel the maintenance plan he purchased and the vehicle service contract he purchased All that is required is that he be present to sign the cancellation requests for these products.We have addressed all aforementioned concerns and corrected all known issues as brought to us by Mr [redacted] , we consider this matter closed

We have sent the refund amount to the customers bank, [redacted] ***, to reduce the amount financed Customer has been emailed a copy of the check Please consider the matter closed Thank you

Ms. [redacted] 's Ford has been to a Ford dealership for diagnosis and she is under both factory warranty and has a vehicle service contract that will extend her coverage to 60,000 miles. At this point, the repair issue needs to be handled between her and the servicing Ford dealer. Please... consider this matter closed. Thank you.

Customer brought vehicle back to us and we took the vehicle to a local dodge dealership The dodge dealership could not duplicate the issue the customer was concerned about We asked the customer to be present so we could verify the issue and the customer declined The spare tire in question was on a courtesy vehicle that was provided to the customer at no charge The customer returned the no charge courtesy vehicle to us with a damaged wheel and tire We charged the customer for the tire and wheel repair that they acknowledged they were responsible for prior to using our courtesy vehicle We have tried to duplicate the issue to no avail and will not be reimbursing the customer for damage that they are responsible for Please consider this matter closed

We refunded Mr***'s $deposit on June 21st at 4:pm There are no further monies owed to Mr*** Please consider this matter closed

Mr. [redacted] came in on December 23rd. At that time we touched up paint chips on the hood, replaced a broken clip on his front fender. He showed us a hole in his carpeted floor mats and we replaced the with all season floor mats. This was all done at no charge to the customer.... Repair Order number [redacted] On Feb. 2nd. we provided Mr. [redacted] a new tool kit and replaced the tire in question at no charge and replaced wiper inserts. Repair Order number [redacted] . All further issues are within Honda certified guidelines and we consider this matter closed.

We could not find any customer by the name *** *** in our system. Upon further investigation, we found that there was another party, *** ***, who gave us the deposit. We are returning the deposit today. Please consider this matter closed. Thank you

This customer used inappropriate language in the showroom on multiple occasions We had employees within ear shot of these customers when our salesperson and manager walked away and the spoke about them in a derogatory tone Ms***'s specific words to my finance manager Stephen
*** when he delivered the news that the bank would not approve the deal were "*** ***" We pulled the customer's credit info based on their acknowledgement and approval and will not be making any request to have the inquiry removed Please consider this matter closed

Andy stated the warranty company has approved the repair and they reimbursed customer for the rental expense

Mohawk Honda is not responsible for any repairs due to storage on our premise for any reason due to exposure to the elements.Customers were given a choice to store their vehicle at their own home or at our facility while they were given a rental free of charge to them to use
until the recall was completedWe attempted to get her goodwill assistance through Honda, which they declined. We also offered to give her a discount off the resurfacing, which she also declinedUnfortunately we have offered the customer monetary compensation, when, in fact, it was not deemed necessary. The customer, is also a relative of one of our employees here at Mohawk Honda. We have done everything possible in our power for this customer. Thank you for your consideration

The damage to the tire was by severe at allIt was a flat tire and this is their way of getting back at me since I consistently complainDoug ***, a service person, called me names in front of my children on the one of several occasions I was there to prove to them this vehicle is indeed a lemonI was treated poorly due to me either being a female or a minorityThey knew what the issue was and refused to fix it, and then on top of that, they stole my manual with my receipts and personal info, just another digIt's fine if they think it's closed in their heads, but this is far from overMy lawyer will also be contacting them, and I simply want the Revdex.com to know that they don't deserve any rating above a D from them. To whom it may concern, I spoke with Mr. [redacted] via phone at 4:25pm on 5/12/2015.  We agreed to cancel his vehicle service contract coverage and send the cancellation to the lending institution, [redacted], on 5/13/2015 and cc him on the cancellation request.  Mr. [redacted] understands that...

this cancellation, in the amount of $3052, will be debited from his principal balance and will not affect the monthly payment.  Mr. [redacted] agrees that this outcome is acceptable and considers the matter resolved.  Thank you.  [redacted] Variable Operations Director  Mohawk Honda

Mr. [redacted] was credited for the $500 military rebate as is stated on his contract.  We can neither confirm or deny that we misplaced the DD214 in question, but will reimburse him up to $200 for one year of credit monitoring services as a gesture of good faith.  We ask the Mr. [redacted] submit an invoice for the service and we will reimburse him by check upon receipt of said invoice up to $200.  We feel the action we are taking is above reasonable and consider this matter closed.  Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not dispute that they corrected those mistakes.  My complaint is that they falsified the Certified Per-Owned inspection.  All of those corrections they mentioned were marked as inspected and in good order on the Certified Pre-Owned Inspection report. In their counter, Mohawk Honda acknowledges that they needed to correct 4 items that were part of that certified Pre-Owned inspection that they passed. They sold the vehicle at a premium because it passed this rigorous inspection, when so far 4 of the items that passed that inspection in reality did not.  Furthermore, on February 2nd, I spoke with sales manager Justin [redacted], who in an effort to rectify the situation offered me the Maintenance Service plan at no cost.  When I informed him that I had already purchased it, he offered to refund my purchase price of the Maintenance package, but after providing the requested documentation, he changed his offer to canceling the maintenance package, which gives me no benefit and is different than his original offer.   Mohawk Honda's sales and service department has no issue misrepresenting their products based on the work of their Service department in regards to the Certified Pre-Owned inspection, which allows them to charge a premium for those vehicles. I believe my request is completely reasonable given the deceptive practices under which the vehicle was sold. I am asking for a refund in the difference in price between a standard Used 2014 Honda Civic EX with 31,000 miles, and a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Honda Civic EX with 31,000 miles because by their own admission of the deficiencies in the vehicle the inspection was not properly done. I am also asking for a refund and cancellation of the Mohawk Advantage Maintenance Plan and the Extended Warranty I purchased for the vehicle, because after catching their service department in these deceptive practices, I no longer trust them to provide the work promised in the Advantage Plan and the Extended Warranty. Regards,  [redacted]
