Joined Priority Pass to get our tickets a little faster. WHAT A JOKE! The confusion in lines and wait time doubled! The players club is way to small to handle the numerous lines. Patrons are trying to pass through lines to do shopping ect, struggling to even get by. Your pass may say 4:00 pm,, but our true pickup time was 4:55! They need to find a better way for crowd control, other than a taped off area. Maybe the ballroom area, where control of people would be easier. Lots of nasty cmments were being made while standing there, making me think we were not the only ones unhappy. Idea was great, but execution needs a lot of work. Must say that employees were great ha dealing with all these angry people. Hats off to them all.

This business moved out of the area after I went to the casino off track.I think it is unclean and corrupt.I would never go to this casino

I am so deeply upset when I went to the Title 1 Basket ball game, I am a handicap person who has two casts on both feet and my friend walked me over to see if I could sit there so I didn't have to climb the stairs. The usher was rude, and said I needed to prove my handicap with a card. I replied my handicap placard is in my truck in the handicap spot in the summer garage. He said, well were waiting for a large crowd, and said we couldn't sit there. I even shown him both of my purple casts on my feet to no avail. Where I sat I could watch the handicap area and nobody was asked for a handicap card and there never was a large crowd coming. I hardly ever complain about things in life. But I was so offended about how I was treated, and I wonder how other handicapped people might have felt. Shame on you at M. Sun. Submitted by Lori Bogue

We apologize that you were not able to get the seats that you wanted for the *** *** show.
Both of the shows at Mohegan Sun sold out very quickly and we were only controlling our own sales from the Mohegan Sun box office, not sales from Ticketmaster
In 2007, CT law changed and
ticket resale was made legal. We see these sites offer tickets for sale
even prior to any seats being sold. These sites do not have tickets
but offer the worst seats in the house or even seats that do not exist with a
disclaimer offering an upgrade if the seats requested are unavailable.
Unfortunately, in the end they do somehow get their hands on inventory and
fulfill the orders These ticket brokers are full time ticket brokers
with the fastest computers, memberships to all the artists fanclubs and
access to almost all of the presales.

I have been in both phone and email discussion with Ms. [redacted], who has stated that she is an attorney representing both her son and husband in this matter.  There has not been much luck resolving the issue and Ms. [redacted] stated that she is going to sue both the casino and its top executives as...

well as file an insurance claim against us.  As the son - the actual patron utilizing the hotel room - had no issue or complaint related to his visit at Mohegan Sun, we do not feel that a refund is warranted.  I apologized to Ms. [redacted] for the confusion and short delay caused by our requirement for a credit card payment authorization due to the son not having a credit card and using his father's card as payment and wish to again reiterate my sincere apology.
