Hello, There are inventories One inventory is from the residence to storage When you book a long distance job they create a new inventory boxes are sometimes packed into a larger box and items are re wrapped Stuff can be loose in a storage unit, but to go long distance the items need to be packed differently to be stacked This is why the inventory is different in an effort to resolve this we can offer $to resolve this This exceeds the legal liability of cents per pound

Hello,We picked up items from a storage unit that the customer had We delivered the items to the customers residence He was present at the time and confirmed the storage unit was empty and that the truck was empty at the delivery When I spoke to him he verified he checked the
truck months after the move the customer called and stated items were missing and claimed $6,for them We delivered everything in the storage unit and the customer signed the contract verifying that the truck was checked and that he received his items

We moves the customer, The headboard was too large and would not fit in the elevator The customer was aware of this and it was left in the apartment and it needed to be taken apart by a carpenter of needed special handling The customer know the piece was in the
apartment and was aware of the situation the customer left the piece in the apartment and never did anything to take the piece out From what she told me, her building discarded the piece as her lease ran out 3-months later she is calling demanding Moishe's pay for a new headboard The headboard could not be moved and the customer left it in the apartment It is not Moishe's responsibility of what the customer did with the headboard or if the building discarded it or sold it Moishe's has no liability in this matter and is not offering any compensation

I am rejecting this response because: as outlined clearly in my complaint, Moishes' pulled a bait-and-switch
with their Inventory listsMy signature on the delivery invoice (Moishe's Inventory file number ***) indicated that all of the items listed on that invoice were deliveredAt that time, I had no way of knowing that Moishe's had switched the Inventory list, and used a different one the one they had used when they moved my things out months earlier (Moishe's Inventory File Number ***)
there was no way I could have known that there were items missing at the time of delivery, since Moishe's did not present the inventory list (Moishe's File Number ***) that they had used when they packed up my things. Instead, they presented me with a different inventory (Moishe's File Number ***), which was missing of the items on the original inventory
The process of using the wrong inventory list, which clearly did no include all of my items is unconscionable and fraudulent, and I cannot believe that Moishe's charge me for a move where they lost of my boxes of itemsNot only did they lose them, instead of presenting the correct invoice, the one that was used when the moved my items out, they simply had me check of a different inventory with less items marked on it, and played it off as though it were the original.
I uploaded the two inventory lists for comparisonIt is clear that on the Inventory list dated 4/21/13, has items listed, and the inventory list presented to me for signature at the time of delivery only had items listedA clearly deceitful practice- I can't even imagine how that is even legalIf we are unable to come a resolution here I will certainly be finding out

Our records indicate that you disputed months on your credit card for the storage and received the money back on your card In an effort to resolve this matter and in good faith we will not argue the months you disputed on your card and can increase our offer to $Please note the standard coverage is by the weight of the items

Your persistent lies makes me angry it was not my decision to leave my bed behind I had a contract with Moishes to move all my furniture to your storage including the bed for which measurements were given to *** YOUR MOVERS REFUSED TO MOVE IT - I HAVE TOLD YOU SO MANY TIMES - ALSO IF *** IS HONEST ASK HIM ALL THE MESSAGES I LEFT ON HIS VOICEMAIL TELLING HIM TO CALL ME BACK ASAP BECAUSE YOUR MOVERS ARE REFUSING TO MOVE MY BED> I WANTED HOM TO TELL THE MOVERS TO MOVE IT BUT HE DID NOT RESPOND
Contrary to your fabricated lies, since I did not know what to do with it, it was your movers who took it to the garbage room as my tenants were moving in IT WAS NOT left in my apartment.

I am rejecting this response because:I had contacted immediately about the damages and have emails responding to my inquiryI was never asked to fill out a claims damage formdollars doesn't even begin to cover the damages done by your horrible moving companyI demand the full full from what I paid for storage as well as what I was overcharged to be paid in fullIF the full fee is not paid, I be taking this matter to court and sueing for a lot moreI would be happy to fill out a damage form of it means I will be reimbursed fasterAgain, if I am not reimbursed, you will end up paying far more in damages and I will make sure to spread this story in every social media tool, local news broadcastI'm already in touch with individuals from my 9, new York times and huff postThis is horrible business practice!
