moths that eats up people's furniture etcI pray to god they first reimburse me for the bed, moreover I hope my furniture is not rotting in their storageI thank you
I would like to inform Moishe‘s for the last time after all the details provided in the initial complaint has been overlooked and you are in total denialIT WAS NOT MY DECISION TO LEAVE MY BED BEHIND but IT WAS YOUR MOVERS WHO WENT ON STRIKE AND REFUSED TO MOVE IT VIA STAIRS so it was your staff who pushed me to abandon my bedThis is simple English, so why are you repeatedly accuse me faser instead of accepting your mistakes and bad behaviourI did not get any help from *** when l was desperateHe refused to answer my callsI am honest and I stand by my words unlike you

I am outraged and fed up because I am still renting storage from you paying $a month since September don't you have any respect for your customers?? In Honesty I am not comfortable keeping your storage anymore with this kind of accusations, lies and dishonest business

Hello, We are sorry however we waived the $fee on delivery and spoke to your husband on the day of the delivery and he was ok with it We are not offering any additional refund as the services were provided

The items were delivered timely and within the transportation window promised I spoke to the customer and there was a lamp missing, everything else was ok Moishe's agreed to pay for the lamp The check for $for the lamp will be mailed within a week

Moishes moving systems delivered the items within the contracted window There was also a long carry fee of $that needed to be paid on delivery and we already refunded the fee of $ We are not offering any further refunds/discounts

Moishe's purposefully deceived us and lied about promised services Simply delivering our goods (some of which were missing and many of which were broken) does NOT fulfill their contract

delivery was complete The shuttle service is on the contract and was needed There were no issues noted on the move or any phone calls regarding this issues until after the move was complete The customer received what was promised No refund is due to the customer Moishes is good faith is offering $ back to the customer

We have the inventory as signed off and no items missing We have processed the claim which is by the weight and it comes out to $ We have offered $to settle the claim

Hello,Sorry to hear of the issues We do not have any claim form filled out for damage/missing items on file If you feel you were overcharged for the storage you can call the storage facility directly and speak to them about the charges In reference to the issues with the move we
can offer $to settle the matter

The customer stated they had a piece that was damaged and a box missing.The coverage is cents per pound and the total offer would have been an offer of about $100. We paid for the restoration of the damaged furniture and have offered $for the missing box
