Dealership has made a number of attemtps to contact client however client is not responding to phone calls
Clients Voice mail is not set up so we are not able to leave message for client
Client wants a vehcile built and delivered in weeks, Dealership is not able to get new ca built and shipped with in weeks
Dealership is not responsible for shipment times, if we are not able to accomidate clients request on price, trade allowance and delivery
dealership will not be able to do business with client

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Now Momentum is saying, which they never said until it was time to move, that they cannot get my credit application approvedThe rea*** for this is because Momentum participated in a very shady practice known as 'shotgunning' my creditI am familiar with the practice as people in the local car industry have said Momentum, as well as other dealerships, use this technique frequently.They got me approved in ***, the ONLY mark against my credit since *** is Momentum's repeated inquiries, my credit score is even higher now Now, not only is Momentum not fixing their blunder, they have made it almost impossible for me to get a car from anywhere else eitherThis process has taken almost months and I believe they used this 'shotgun' technique to cover their backs so they would not lose moneyIn this process, they are putting lives at risk everyday to not take responsibility for their negligence
