TOOK A CHANCE ON THEM AND MADE A BIG MISTAKE CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM NO MATTER HOW I EMAIL OR CALL, COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO LAST WILL SO I ASK FOR REFUND BUT THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME WILL NEVER TAKE A CHANCE ON A BUSINESS I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I will be in tomorrow,9/18/to pick up my vehicle I am rejecting your response because you are insinuating that I am attempting to recover or obtain "free" work on my automobile This is not the caseYour quality of work was far from par and was totally unacceptableIn your response, you did NOT acknowledge that there was COMPOUND splattered across my bumper (that sir, was not pre-existing, but damage caused by your establishment), or that your technicians cracked my windshiled, or the fact that the vehicle was not even cleaned before or after the completed workThe misaligned bumber and pretruding side panels WERE damage caused by the accident (and the reason for being in your shop) and were returned to me unrepairedI have detailed pictures of my auto before and after being brought to your shop that attest to this fact When I brought my auto in, I expained to MrS [redacted] that there was a temporary red glitter (that washes off), that was sprayed on the car the day before the accident because I went to a special engagementI told him I didn't have the car detailed after the accident because of the damages sustainedI also expressed to him that the car was painted jet black Yet your shop painted the panels a multi colored metallic color (not even a red metallic) - the shop foreman told me that MrS [redacted] NEVER told the shop workers that the car was painted blackActually the only apology that I received during this entire ordeal was from that shop foremanAnd in regards to my glovebox - It was fully functional before I left your shopIt is clear that someone attempted to force open the locked box And it is not true that "no one was in the car", the car was driven by technicians while on property In your response, you place blame on me and the prior bodyshop for the damages obtained at your shop and for the underpar workmanship on the repairs you did complete I will accept your next reponse without question as I understand that you are unapologetic in regards to my experience with your bodyshop Regards, Ms [redacted] ***

Dear Ms [redacted] ***, First, thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on your vehicle, we know you have many choices and we appreciate you choosing our shop That being said, you stated that your [redacted] was previously completely repainted by another shop, we inspected the vehicle and it looks like the prior color was dark green, and the car is now black That being said, some of the concerns you mentioned in your email seem to stem from the previous paint job, or prior damage, unrelated to your current accident Nonentheless, we repainted the Quarter panel and rear bumper the correct color, to match the prior paint job We realigned the “protruding” panels and we corrected the alignment between the trunk and side panel We are replacing the sill plate that was damaged from the door rubbing on it, unrelated to the accident or anything we did, this is a goodwill gesture. Also, we are replacing the windshield that was cracked You stated that the passenger door window was not operating properly which we checked and it is working properlyMs [redacted] ***, you stated that the dents in the hood were not there before you brought your vehicle in to us;however, it is obviously damage and it seems the folks that did your prior paint job, painted over those dents, and these were preexisting The glove box was not part of the claim, and was not touched by any technician, again, because that area was untouched by our Technicians, it seems that the damage was existing prior damage The vehicle came with dents and dings throughout, and this is all previous damage unrelated to the accident you asked us to repair, and unrelated to what you brought the vehicle in forPlease advise when would be a good time for you to come inspect the vehicle for the items repaired and mentioned above Again, thank you for your patronage

We value your business, therefore, please call me to schedule a time to bring in the vehicle to have the insect removed from your headlight Thank you, [redacted]

We resolved the issues for our client [redacted] ***

Unfortunately, after several attempts reasurring *** *** *** that we are willing and eager to make him a happy client, he made it very difficult to carry a conversation with him. *** *** had previous body damage in his vehicle, seems the issues he is experiencing maybe a result of the damage done to his vehicle during the wreck he had. Nonetheless, even after asking him to bring the vehicle to us for any needed repairs, his biggest concern was getting a check for over $cut to him, as he stated previously we gave him a $estimate, that again we want to help him take care of, when I asked him for clarification, he continued to yell making it very difficult to communicate and come to an amiable resolution. At this time, we have made several reasonable attempts to remedy the situation for *** *** with no success

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed
the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

Ms*** ***,
We have repaired the items that were on your claim, we will need you to come inspect the vehicle to insure it is to your satisfaction
Thank you

Unfortunately, previous damage done to the vehicle seems to be what is causing the issues on *** ***'s BMW. The prior damage seems to have resulted in two a/c lines that are now rubbing together due to what seems to be a result of some type of previous impact to the
right front section of the car. These a/c lines are housed behind protective covers and have to be removed to be seen; consequently a visual inspection is not possible. The client was quoted $to have this repair done, as a good will gesture we offered to pay for 1/of the repair. Customer service is extremely important to our store, so please feel free to call me directly if you would like to discuss the matter in more detail, ***.
Thank you,
*** *** ***

From: *** *** *** Sent: Monday, August 25, 9:AMTo: drteamSubject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #***
Thanks. In response to the company's response:
Yes. I accept a resolution of them fixing my car at the *** BMW location and putting in a new, BMW OEM windshield.
The response however from the business is a lie. This is the third lie that they have said to me. The first lie was when I asked them whether the car had any scratches or dings or imperfections or anything like that, they told me no. This was a requirement before I agreed to purchase the car. The second lie was when, after I complained, they told me I could get it fixed by $by an aftermarket windshield company and that the aftermarket windshield was as good as a BMW windshield. The third lie is the below, when they deny the truth of our exchange which is accurately reported in my initial Revdex.com complaint.
The developments SINCE the Revdex.com complaint have been that on Friday I received an email and then a phone call from ** *** the sales person. He told me the company promised a BMW windshield replacement at their store in *** VA. I said that this would be an acceptable resolution ** *** then told me to expect an email from his manager, *** ***. I haven't received an email from *** *** with details on how to get my windshield repaired at the *** BMW location. After getting this below response through the Revdex.com, I emailed *** and ** *** yesterday letting them know I hadn't heard from ***
I have numerous text messages and emails that can back up that the below response from the company is a lie. We have been fighting about the windshield since the day I received the car, and the company DID NOT alert me that there was a ding. The only proof I have that they knew there was a ding on the windshield is the bill of lading which identifies the ding before it was loaded on the tractor trailer to be transported to me in DC. There was no "heads up."

In effort to rectify Ms***'s concerns, we have issued a check to our client for the $penalty resulting from the late registration as a result of the state's requirement
to have personal property taxes paid

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Once again, she is lying about the situation. I never raised my voice. She continually cut me off and never let me finish my explanation. She never made an offer  to have me bring it into the dealership. She is merely faking an attempt to try to rectify this situation, when she realistically has no intention of making this matter right. She has had ample opportunities to do so over the past month, and she has made no formal offer to remedy the situation in any manner, this day included. In writing she is doing nothing - I have restated my case over and over, and now over the phone to her, and she would not even let me finish.I will continue to pursue this matter vigorously until I ram reimbursed for the more than $2,600 I have suffered as a direct result of them selling me a shoddy car. Please instruct her to stop wasting our time, until she agrees to put in writing a realistic offer to try to fix the situation. Her only replies are vague statements and mistruths, and speaking to her by phone was an even bigger waste of time.
Regards,

Regarding Ms. [redacted]'s concerns, it is my understanding that prior to this last visit in August, the last time her [redacted] was at BMW of West Houston was on January of 2015 at which time the vehicle maintenance was not due.  This last time Ms. [redacted] brought the vehicle in to us on August...

of 2016, at which time, we realized that the normal oil changes had not been performed by Ms. [redacted] and as a result of this lapse in conducting required maintenance, her engine failed.  We have discussed with Ms. [redacted] that her mechanical issues were a result of failing to perform the normal required oil changes on her vehicle, she explained that she was unaware her vehicle needed maintenance, at which time the Service Manager showed her that on her instrument cluster it clearly displays maintenance was due, in August it showed 13,000 miles past due.  At this time, we do not feel we failed Ms. [redacted] in any way, and the mechanical failure of her vehicle is a result of neglect on her part and not the dealer.  Please feel free to contact me directly at 832-772-9001.  Thank you.

Can you please provide more information on this vehicle, can I have the last 7 digits of the vin number, unfortunately, I am not able to locate a deal under the client's name.

Thanks,

[redacted]

We resolved the issues for our client [redacted]

Mrs. [redacted] purchased a pre own 2008 BMW, unfortunately, the noise that Mrs. [redacted] descrived can't be duplicated and our Technicians did not find a problem with the vehicle.  We would be happy to fix the issue if it could be duplicated and...

identified.

Thank you,

We value your business, therefore, please call me to schedule a time to bring in the vehicle to have the insect removed from your headlight.

Thank you,

This is in reponse to the complaint made by [redacted] regarding the purchase of a [redacted]  Unfortunately, we have not been able to make contact with [redacted], his Sales Advisor attempted to call him prior to...

the vehicle arriving to [redacted] from [redacted], to let him know the windshield had a small fresh chip that was probably going to develop in to a crack by the time the vehicle made it to him, and that we wanted to have it replaced in his home town, rather than having to make the transporter turn around and delay the delivery to him.  The Sales Manager has made several attempts via email to let [redacted] know that we are willing to have the windshield replaced at our sister store [redacted]  BMW; however, we have not received a response to find out if this will be satisfactory to [redacted]. We would like to resolve this matter with [redacted], and would like a response from him stating wether this is an acceptable resolution.

Dear Ms. [redacted],
First, thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on your vehicle, we know you have many choices and we appreciate you choosing our shop.  That...

being said, you stated that your 2001 [redacted] was previously completely repainted by another shop, we inspected the vehicle and it looks like the prior color was dark green, and the car is now black.  That being said, some of the concerns you mentioned in your email seem to stem from the previous paint job, or prior damage, unrelated to your current accident.  Nonentheless, we repainted the Quarter panel and rear bumper the correct
color, to match the prior paint job.  We realigned the “protruding” panels and we corrected the
alignment between the trunk and side panel.  We are replacing the sill
plate that was damaged from the door rubbing on it, unrelated to the accident
or anything we did, this is a goodwill gesture. Also, we are replacing the windshield that was cracked.  You stated
that the passenger door window was not operating properly which we checked and
it is working properly. Ms. [redacted], you stated that the dents in the hood were not there before
you  brought your vehicle in to us;however,  it is obviously damage and it seems the folks that did your prior paint job, painted over those dents, and these were preexisting.  The glove box was not part of the claim, and was not touched by any technician, again, because that area was untouched by our Technicians, it seems that the damage was existing prior damage.
The vehicle came with dents and dings throughout, and this is all previous damage unrelated to the accident you asked us to repair, and unrelated to what you brought the vehicle in for. Please advise when would be a good time for you to come inspect the vehicle for the items repaired and mentioned above.  Again, thank you for your patronage.
