The following note is in the system: 02/16/05:14pm - *** *** - *** *** called about charges on his credit cardI explained the charges and the terms and conditions of the trialI offered him a $refund and he declined and I offered him an RMA and he decline*** *** begin to act very rude and hostile and the call was disconnect".*** *** could have gotten a full refund if he returned his products to us as this was well within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee window The notes state that he was offered an RMA# We are willing to waive the 30-day return policy and offer possible options to resolve this situation If the product is unopened and still in his possession we will issue an RMA#, upon receiving his unopened bottle we will issue *** *** a refund for the cost of the product for a total of $Or, if *** *** has opened the bottle or no longer has it in his possession we are willing to offer a partial refund in hopes of satisfying both him and the Revdex.com

Cust. called about charges on his credit card. We explained the charges and the terms and conditions of the trial. We offered him a $40 partial refund and he declined and we offered him an RMA (to get a full refund) and he declined. [redacted] began to act very rude and hostile and the call was disconnected.
