Sorry for the issue.  I understand we have compensated the customer with a kit at a higher value than the desired settlement and the customer said he would be satisfied with that solution.  Please advise if this is not satisfactory.

response because: I have not received the item offered to compensate me for the difficult I encounter after purchasing the product from this company and I have not received any form of tracking number to let me know such item as been mailed. Please keep this complaint open until such time as I do receive the item offered.

I have read the complaint and researched this complaint on my end.  I am not perfectly clear on how you wired up our 110v power unit to your 220v voltage.  But I will get a whole new console pre-built at 220v and shipped out to you.   Sorry for any issue.  We will get this...

I am rejecting this response because: the response does not address the complaint. As usual G[redacted] is buying time. He owes me $1120 for installation and the drip pans not receive. Return the money today. Should have been done weeks ago.

rude. Please make sure the lift blocks are well greased with a heavy bearing grease. This will stop and sticking that may occur in warmer weather once we start hitting summer months. I will be happy to extend the parts warranty the 2 months you mentioned you are having issues.
