Even though they were late in the day coming and it was very hot, Anna came with a smile on her face and did a very thorough job and then went over the list of problems she sees happening in he future.

That did a very good detailed job and will walk you through it. Very professional and highly recommended.

Anthony R knew his job-he figured out our problem and fixed it right away. He was concerned that we were satisfied and made sure everything was right before leaving.

Monarch Home Services agreed to a 12 month no interest for $1547.00, for $25.22 per month; with coming out twice a year to service our air conditioner. When they submitted the information to Green Sky Financial, and we finally got the first bill, it showed interest, finance charges that wasn't suppose to be on there, and the monthly payment was showing over $44.00 per month. We had faxed the paper I initialed and signed with ***, & the manager at Monarch agreed to honor what we'd agreed to; but never related it to Green Sky. We've called about 8 times to Monarch and about three times or so to Green Sky, trying to get this resolved. We would get promises for them to call us back; but they usually lied to us, and didn't call back. We want to pay what we agreed to pay, but as we told ***, we can't afford to pay more. If they won't honor our agreement, as promised, we will take our federal income tax & pay the whole $1547.00; but no more than that.

Attached are the signed invoices that the customer choose. The payments that were quoted and approved by the customer are on the attached invoice. The customer was also refunded $109.00 per an agreement with our General Manager. Each time the customer is given something to make her happy she calls back again asking for more. The customer approved the work, the customer financed with a third party finance company and the work was done and approved by the customer.

Armando C from Monarch arrived on time, correctly diagnosed the complex problem and proposed a solution. Very professional.

My hvac stopped working after it would not connect with the internet. Called Monarch and to their credit, they quickly sent a tech named Aaron. He fixed the problem and I asked him to change the filter. which he refused. I pay a yearly subscription to have it serviced and last year had the NASA filtration installed. I informed him I did not hear the static electricity that charges the filter anymore and would like him to check it. He refused that as well. Why am I paying this service if they will not honor it? Very disappointing.

Jose of Monarch showed up to pickup their ladder which they let me use for the inspection by the City and as always Jose was considerate in letting me know when he was picking it up. Always pleasant and friendly I like this company a lot.

I always enjoy having the Monarch employees show up to help me solve my problems. This time was no different. Fast and efficient. this company is the best.

They always work with my schedule and make me feel like a priority and the technicians are always helpful and help me understand what’s going on.
