I recieved my items on time. The customer service was great. Answered all my questions.

It was pleasurable experience, and I got an amazing shirt just how I wanted it to be. Shipping came right on time as expected. Overall it was Great.

I placed an order with Monk Central for a t-shirt from an ad on ***. I was connected to a similar ordering page where I've placed orders before, never had a problem. I placed the order on March 11 and got an email confirming the order from MonkCentral. The reply included the phrase "we're getting your order ready to be shipped." I got an email that my order has been shipped on March 29. In between, a few days before the shipping notice, I emailed MonkCentral asking if there was delay. I got a reply stating that orders are prepared up to 15 days after the order has been placed. That was no where on the order site that I can remember, or I would not have placed the order. (This t-shirt was for a gift, and intended to be given within a couple of weeks. It was already too late for that.)
The shirt arrived on April 30. To be fair, it is what was ordered, as described. Looks fine, quality garment. However, even being a 2XL, it fits too snug for the recipient to wear. (She normally wears a 2XL in t-shirts; this is a "women's t-shirt" so I guess runs a little smaller due to tailoring.) I don't trust these people enough to return it. The following explains why.
I received an email from Monk Central a few days ago with "Re: I'm sorry..." from Matt, Customer Support Officer. I thought this might be pertaining to my order, with an apology for being late and maybe some kind of compensation. The email opens with this statement:
"I just wanted to send you a message to say on behalf of the Monk Central team, we're sorry!
What for?
Well, I was checking the system & saw that you didn't have the Peace & Music T-Shirt and that sucks... we should have let you know how cool you’ll look once you have it."
Seriously? It was just a spam email trying to backdoor sell me another shirt.
I highly recommend AVOIDING this company. There are countless t-shirt printers online. Go anywhere else.
BTW: I have contacted Revdex.com via an email from Monk Central requesting that I share a review of my experience, with an offer of a free t-shirt for my efforts. They asked for my honest review. Thanks for the suggestion, guys.

Loved the shirts! From Momk! Great price & great quality!

They have some some very cute shirts, and they listen, and respond if there is a problem.

Love their t-shirts and a friend likes their other products.
