Don't waste your money
This warranty is a joke. Buyer beware! They will just give you the run around for months and do nothing for you!

This company is a complete joke I can see this as a sketchy warehouse office with tables set up and nothing but "denied" stamps laying around I will absolutely discourage anyone I know considering purchasing a warranty from this company They do not respond in a timely fashion, their criteria for a claim is geared completely toward them What a waste of 500.00, never again will I fall for such a scam The salespeople clearly get a kickback of some sort for conning innocent consumers into this warranty DO NOT BUY IT Sincerely, a VERY dissatisfied customer

I purchased a dining set at [redacted] in I also purchased the extended warranty to cover the entire purchaseIn late I submitted a claim for my table and chairThe table had issues which I listed on my claim form: awhite spotting on the table from a hot bowl, which the warranty says is covered under article 2..."household heat mark" and bpeeling of the finish which is also listed in article when I called customer service the very first time, before she emailed me the forms, I told her that the white spots occurred that day or the day before, and the peeling I wasn't sure when it occurred because my table was covered with a table cloth over an extended period of timeshe said ok and sent me the forms, which I completed and sent along together with pictures of the tableI get an email back from them maybe a week later that my claim was deniedwe called to find out why and they said the peeling was over timeso we asked what about the white spots, and she said she would send in the claim for reconsideringwe got a voicemail that claim was still deniedno explanation for the coverage of the white spots were reported right after it happenedjust denied plain and simpleas if they are looking for any reason, valid or invalid to deny a claim even if part of it was 100% according to their guidelines as for the peeling, there is obviously something wrong with the craftsmanship of the table if it could just have peeling spots and discoloring on various spotsI didn't know I was purchasing a $disposable table, or a $warranty which isn't worth the paper its written on

I got a bad burn hole in a piece of furniture I was very impressed with the great customer service, especially from Lindsey!

I submitted a claim due to white spots appearing on my leather couch Before even reviewing the photos the customer care rep said it would not be covered because I did not know if it was a stain After a week later I got the claim forms and submitted pictures showing that it was stains They emailed back again claiming it was denied Without even sending someone to my house to look at it still very fast to deny [redacted] furniture made this warranty sound like I had nothing to worry about but is completely opposite of every thing they saidI am in the process of contacting [redacted] furniture to get reimbursement for the coverage since I was completely lied to and the Montage Furniture Services has admitted that it only covers very limited issues with leather

By far the worst customer service company Ashley's furniture could ever do business withUnpleasant representatives, and they honestly have no desire to help with your damaged furnitureAshley's is loosing our business because of MFS

Everything went fineWish the process was a little easier & quicker, but all went well

I called Montage about two screws that fell out from under my recliner Montage sent me forms to fill out concerning needed repairs; and I filled them out and sent them back along with pictures of the chair They contacted me to arrange for repairs and the repair person showed up when promised and repaired the chair Everything went very smoothly and I would recommend purchasing extended warranty insurance if Montage was the carrier

This "warranty" is an absolute scam! Our couch has been denied coverage and now we are told we have to pay for a "professional" cleaning of our couch to have any further warranty coverageHorrible, horrible service, I will make sure anyone who is thinking about getting this service thinks twice prior to wasting their moneyOur couch is in great condition other than the claims we have submittedNow they want us to pay for the cleaningWHAT IS THE POINT OF THE WARRANTY? SCAM!

Montage Furniture Services worst company to do business with I have been waiting since October to get my kitchen table and my daughter bed repair to no resolution I get a lot of running around every time I called for an update A supervisor never available, and the customer services are rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all As of today, they are informing me that my furniture would not get repair for another months because they must order part

I purchased the warranty to cover a sofa I purchased. I did this in good faith that if something went wrong with it and the extended warranty covered it this company would assist me with fixing the issue. I had a part break on the sofa a couple months ago but being busy with my wife's health issues and taking care of a mentally ill older gentlemen full time I had not reported this. Now according to the agreement it does say that I have to report these issues to them within 30 days so they contractually do not have to help me but not knowing this I called to report the problem. The first thing they asked me was when it happened. I told them truthfully when it occurred and immediately they told me that they could not cover it since it was over 30 days. So like I said they did not have to help me here and contractually do not have to honor this agreement but it seems to me that they were more interested in not covering my claim (due to the first question they asked) than providing any sort of customer service. So I am sad that I purchased this agreement and per all the many complaints I see all over the Internet and this Revdex.com site regarding this company I realized, too late, that they are predatory and am not here to provide a service to consumers.

Montage is a complete scam and I urge anyone and everyone to NOT purchase a warranty through them. When I bought my furniture 3 years ago from [redacted] I was told by the salesman the warranty is the way to go because it will cover absolutely anything from normal wear and tear to accidental damage to intentional damage. The leather on my couch cushions are separating in the middle of the cushion and what do you know? My claim denied because this is normal wear and tear. I urge NO ONE to buy this warranty as you are freely giving this company $400 and will see NOTHING from it. I have never been so passionate about wanting to see a company shut down for fraud. They scam and fraud their customers out of money and do not help them. No matter what the damage is, they find a reason to deny it.

MFS is a scam!! Shame on furniture fair for using them as a company. They will tell you your stain does not fit the criteria based off a crappy phone picture, and then not fulfill the cleaning service you pay for. Save your money!

This company is a sham. You pay hundreds of dollars for a warranty and when you submit a claim it is denied.

By far the worst customer service company Ashley's furniture could ever do business with. Unpleasant representatives, and they honestly have no desire to help with your damaged furniture. Ashley's is loosing our business because of MFS.
