By far the worst customer service company Ashley's furniture could ever do business with. Unpleasant representatives, and they honestly have no desire to help with your damaged furniture. Ashley's is loosing our business because of MFS.

I filed a claim with Montage for a couch and love seat that I had purchased three years ago. After two weeks of waiting with no response, I called them to check on the status. A day later I was sent an email that notified me my claim was denied. The short story is that my teething toddler ripped the leather in two spots (quarter size holes) so a claim was submitted. I was told that I was denied because the damage did not go all the way through into the material under the leather. The example of a knife cutting clean through the couch was used and I was advised that something like that would be covered. Apparently my child biting the couch is normal wear and tear according to Montage. When I purchased the furniture initially, the representative told me that the only thing the Montage plan did not cover were animal related damages. In my opinion, Montage Furniture Services is a scam and I am surprised to see they are registered with the Revdex.com.

Tried to talk with one of there customer service people about my leather couch and if you look at there 5 year plan it is bogus and fraudulent... No wonder [redacted] Furniture no longer uses them. They would not even send out someone to look at my leather couch to see what was wrong with it. This matter is now in my lawyers hands who said there protection plan is bogus

I would never buy Montage Furniture Services ever again! This has to be th most fradualant scam I have ever experience. I have had a claim in since November and now March is almost over and still haven't got my couches fixed. I paid $8,000 for these and the service I've received from this company is terrible! I will get the word out so others don't waste their time and money.

Simply put, do not buy a Montage "protection" plan. The plan covers virtually nothing and the wording of the plan is extremely one-sided in its favor. Many companies are happy to be transparent and post their warranty plans on their websites. I could not find any of Montage's "available protection plans" on their website. If they are there, they are not readily assessable. 520 or so complaints filed with the Revdex.com against Montage in the last 3 years speaks for itself.
