Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My vehicle has been stuck in Texas for days now and Montway does not have a backup plan, although I have been asking for one since ThursdayMontways staff has continued to be extremely rude, ignores my requests, and does not follow up with me in the ***e frame they say they wouldOne staff member this morning went as far as telling me her title was the "General Manager" once she began speaking to me I immediately questioned her title and she then told me she was a SupervisorI did finally get into contact with someone today by the name of [redacted] who is at least tolerable to speak with and not rudeAlthough [redacted] has been tolerable to speak with, its unbelievable that it took me going through the Revdex.com to get a response from someone in upper management, even though I have been asking for this since Friday and multiple people have told me they would have someone call meTo say that Montway has "negotiated a significant discount on the customers behalf" is untrueThe discount that was talked about had nothing to do with the fact that Montway negotiated it, they had nothing to do with the offer at handThe message also states "other carriers are being researched to possibly take over the transport"I have been asking for this since Thursday, there is no possible way they have not found one yetSupervisor [redacted] promised me during a phone call on Saturday that he had a company available to pick up my vehicle on Monday morning, as you can see that definitely did not happenFor all of these reasons mentioned, Im denying the previous response, as there are still at major problem at hand and no one seems to listen to what I, the customer have been asking for after 11+ day delivery for my vehicle which I still do not haveSincerely, [redacted]

Very best service I ever had on a shipped vehicle would recommend company to anyone needing shipment

My jeep arrived ok but money was stolen from inside the vehicle years worth of loose change, about $ Other items inside were not stolen

Montway is smart enough to be very helpful and supporting in the beginningSince they created that trust, I gave them my business to transfer my vehicles from Minnesota to FloridaAt the time of delivery, we noticed damages to both of our carsI filed a complaint with MontwayEvery time I talked to the rep at claim department, she was very rude and many times she was unable to understand my point of viewI told her (in email and on phone) many times there are my handwritten notes on bill of landing but she was either ignoring it or was not capable enough to understandAfter weeks of back and forth, Montway told me the carrier ( [redacted] Express) who transferred our vehicles is denying it and all they can do is, facilitate and act as mediationIf the carrier is denying the damage or refusing to facilitate, it’s out of Montway's controlSo, no luck thereI was also given the carrier's insurance info which is " [redacted] " to file the claimThis company rarely returned my calls or responded to my emailsI don’t see any hope there tooIn a nutshell, I have spent a lot of my valuable time on it and seeing no positive outcomeIn the beginning, Montway promised to take care of my vehicles and cover for any damage but actually they are just lyingThumbs down to MontwayYou succeeded to make a fool out of me

Montway transport did a great job getting my [redacted] picked up and delivered on timeWill definitely use them again

I researched car transport companies extensively before deciding on MontwayI used transportreviews.com and was looking for length of time in business (Montway had solid years), number of reviews submitted, consistent good rating from transportreviews.com, whether the route I had from CT to WI was common for Montway (it was), and Revdex.com ratings (A+)I did get inundated with email and phone calls from other transport companies, but they could not compare on any level Montway was responsive, accessible, professional, and very user friendlyThey and their transporter could not have done a better jobWe were in touch all around for the pickup and delivery, which were accomplished with smiles all around

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! Montway provides superb shipping service. Super fast too. I didn't even pay a huge amount like other companies quoted me. I booked around the holidays and did not expect to get my car this fast because I guess drivers celebrate holidays too. Coast to coast WA to FL in 5 days was super fast in my opinion. I would definitely use Montway when I return to WA. They contracted a driver and he was very punctual and called to give me updates too. My car is a very low clearance M5, only couple thousand miles on it so I was really worried about the condition I will receive it in. I asked for liftgate on the enclosed truck and that is exactly what I got. It looked all so professional and cool like a show-car truck. I would definitely recommend Montway to all my friends and coworkers. THANK YOU GUYS!

I spoke with a dispatcher to have my car scheduled to be shippedI was clear that I was moving on a certain date and that I would need it to be shipped within a certain time frameThe dispatcher assured me that it would be there on time but then they changed the pickup and delivery date without my consentAfter that, the other company that they hired failed to contact me, and then tried to change the date on me again When I called Montway to share this, the customer service representative was not at all concerned, as if this was a occurrence I would avoid using this company, as a broker they just find the lowest bidder to ship your car and don't care about the customer experience

The customer's vehicle was delivered by the assigned carrier, [redacted] Autodirect Trucking LLC, on Thursday 1/28/Montway Auto Transport had been in constant contact with Mr [redacted] since his order was first booked with Montway on 12/28/2015, including two courtesy calls, as well as over different status update phone calls that were made to him by various dispatch and support agents, keeping Mr [redacted] posted on any and all progress that was being made with locating and assigning an available carrier, as well as tracking the exact whereabouts of his vehicle, while it was still in the process of being transported by [redacted] Autodirect Trucking LLCIn most cases, we ask customers to please allow a window of 1-business days from the First Available Date of Pickup, (which in this case was 12/28/2015), to assign a carrier and coordinate pickup of the vehicle, but this time-frame is only estimatedThere are factors that can either prolong, or expedite the carrier assignment processMr [redacted] was advised by the agent that booked his order, that as his order was booked and required transport to be executed during a major holiday season, that driver availability would be limitedDriver availability the two weeks before and after any major holiday is extremely limited, as many drivers opt to be off the road to spend time with family and friends to celebrate their holiday of choiceAlso,both the pickup and delivery locations for this particualr order are areas that are deemed rough/trouble areas for driver's to access and navigate thru, geographically speakingAs such, there are only a limited amount of carriers available at any given time going in and out of these areasIf you couple that with the fact that the order was booked and required transport during a major holiday season, the result is a longer-than delay in carrier assignment, and ultimately the actual transportation of the customer's vehiclePlease note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are only estimated, as there are many unforeseen circumstances that may arise to cause a delay in the transportation process: traffic delays/detours/speed limits, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup/delivery client availability delays, weight station checkups, police inspections, truck breakdowns, driver's health issues, etcThus the provided estimated dates could vary, depending upon the circumstances that are relevant to that particular orderWe are transparent with our estimated date policy; it is published on our website, informed at the time of booking, and mentioned in every email communication thereafterWe always advise our customers to pay attention to all of the details in the Terms and Conditions, in any type of contract or order in which they choose to engageAs part of accepting our service, we do expect that our terms and conditions are understood, and that both the customer, as well as Montway, are appropriately held accountable to our terms and conditions

Montway Auto Transport did a great job picking up my [redacted] Pickup in Florida and delivered within the estimated time to New Hampshire, everyone was courteous and knowledgeable, this is the second time they have been used

If you need to ship a vehicle the only company to use is Montway Auto Transport and Get R Done TruckingMichael and Chris from Montway stayed in constant commutation with me until the job was assigned to Get R Done TruckingDeWayne and his wife from Get R Done Trucking communicated with me from the time my vehicle was picked up to the time it was dropped offThe professionalism and pride that both company's showed went above and beyondWhen you put your trust in someone that you don't know with handling a cross country move of your vehicle is can be nerve racking, but with both Montway and Get R Done set my mind at ease I would highly recommend them both and will use them for all my movesThanks for a great move and making my experience a very pleasant one!!

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Montway AutoThe entire process from booking, pick and delivery of my car was completed in daysEven the pricing on the shipment was very competitive

Bought SUV in PA and had it shipped to CO Montway allowed shipper to drive our car from the dealer's lot without our permission or even notificationWe paid for vehicle *shipping [redacted] not for someone to come drive our car without permissionThe reason we chose to ship the vehicle was to avoid putting miles on itMontway providing erroneous information about who the driver wasThe name and phone number they provided was wrong; the driver was someone completely differentMontway's shipper delivered our car with temporary tag missing (which shipper demanded be put on during pickup) -- consequently, we were unable to drive the car upon delivery because it's illegal to drive without temporary tagsMontway's shipper couldn't speak fluent English and he damaged our two passenger tires backing the car off the trailerAfter this debacle, Montway refused to provide a refund for their horrible service

Do not ever use Montway for auto transportThey sub out jobs to anyone on the street and you will suffer due to thisI lost days of work due to the truckers lying about when the vehicle would be deliveredThey rarely answered texts, never answered their phonesMontway does not stand behind their wordThey never compensated me for the loss of days of work lost- no a $gift card will not cut itSpend more and go with a reputable company like ReliableA vehicle I had transported from WA to PA (with Reliable) was a much easier deal than a vehicle from IN to PA- go figureDon't go with the cheap guys- you get what you pay for

Overall I am generally happy with my experience with Montway, but It did not come without a few bumpsI posted my rxsports car with very modified suspension on ***.com, where Montway was one of my first bidders With my posting to [redacted] I included a detailed description of how low my car was to the ground, stating it had inches maybe less ground clearance Along with that number I posted a photo so there would be no confusion with inaccurate quotes Montway bid on my post with a much lower original bidding price than what my car was actually shipped for I messaged them to make sure the ride height would not be a problem, and they responded saying as long as it had inches of ground clearance or more it would not be an issue This happened with all bidders It seems as though no one really took the time to read the description along with the pictures that I posted, which was frustrating because thats why I took the time to post it, and of course the inaccurate bids got my hopes upMy car ended up needing an enclosed trailer resulting in about or more dollars than the original bidThen when the trailer finally came to my buddy who had to be available all day for the pickup, they ended up sending the wrong trailer and the car was too low to be loaded onto the trailer with the loading ramps This was frustrating because this wasted about of my buddy's hours where he could have been working and of course the truckers time I got on the phone with Montway and they said they would send the right trailer (one that had a lift gate) as soon as they could That ended up being close to another week, but the most important part about doing business with someone is staying in touch with them and keeping in communication, and Montway did an excellent job at that! Other than the original few bumps, they made good on the deal they made with me, and stayed in touch every step of the way, which was so important to me as I care alot about my project cars Overall I'm a happy customer and I would use them againI just hope that they iron out those initial wrinkles with the inaccurate bids and trailer specs

I would like to thank Montway Auto Transport for getting my vehicle to San Antonio to San Francisco area is just a fast and efficient manner. The price they charged was the cheapest around. And they're line of communication was much appreciated. Thanks again Montway Auto!!!

Had a very special (to me) [redacted] shipped from California to Brooklyn with MontwayThey estimated days, but it somehow flew over here in Very helpful staff eased my worries about how, when, and how much, and they drove the car off the truck right to my door
