I discovered Monuments International online while looking for a special headstone that wasn't the plain common style through several emails all the details were worked out and pictures were sent of the progress as the stone was cut and finishedWhen the headstone was delivered, I was thrilled with the results! My wife and I had design our own tombstone, because we don't want just a square block with just character engraving one it..It consists of an very beautiful angel sleeping peacefully resting on the stone blockIt is very beautifulThen we searched for a company to make itHowever almost for couple years, no luckEither too expensive or very poor workmanship by looking into their existing productsUntil someone referred us to Monuments International IncThe price is right and whole process was very smooth & now it was completely installedAnd, the angel is very beautifully crafted with good finishing and details ! A great thanks to their Sale rep too who has been extremely helpful thru out the whole process

My family would like to thank Susan and Monuments International Incfor the great job they did with our Grave monument We are very happy with the end result and the excellent service we received through out the entire process When we were looking for a grave monument for my mothers grave, my dad wanted to get a grave marker that matched my grandparents current grave monument as the burial plots were next to each other However, we found that to get a custom grave monument from any local supplier, and we tried numerous suppliers, was very expensive The price provided from Monuments International was favorable, however we were nervous ordering the Monument over the internet Everything worked out better than expected Susan provided us pictures of other monuments they have supplied, and even provided me a location in Edmonton where one of the monuments was installed I was able to find the monument exactly where she said it was and it looked exactly like the pictures she sent to me of it being made This made us a little more comfortable, but still nervous The ordering process was smooth with designs of the monument being sent to us via email for approval and any changes that we requested were incorporated into the design without any problems We were sent pictures of the progress of the monument at key steps so that we could approve the look of things at a time when changes could still be made if needed Susan took care of everything, including the shipping and the placement of the monument The cemetery is located at a small rural location about miles outside of Edmonton, Alberta It is in the middle of a farm field, there is no town at the location, but Susan was able to get it shipped and placed at the cemetery without any problems We were very happy with the service we received and the price of the monument We have recommended Monuments International to our friends and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a grave monument

I was 110% satisfied with Monuments International Inc After loosing our year old son, we were faced with choosing a head stone It was a very emotional time and Sue (from Monuments International) was so patient, helpful and understanding My husband and I wanted to design a family headstone I spoke with Sue on the phone many times about ideas and dimensions We started with a sketch and emailed the sketch to Sue which in turn would "create" a 3-D picture and email back to us We went through many changes and add on's and Monuments International were so understanding and wonderful to work with The stone was delivered on time and it was reasonably pricedThe stone was exactly like we had imagined and the stone was such a good quality stone I would HIGHLY recommend Monuments International for anyone who is in need of a headstone

Our family is SO PLEASED with the monument we purchased from Monuments USA. The workmanship was superb, and they were so willing to make any and all of the changes we requested. Susan is THE BEST! She answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently. She always kept us informed as to the status of our monument and even followed through after it was delivered! VERY, VERY PLEASED!
