I discovered Monuments International online while looking for a special headstone that wasn't the plain common style . . . through several emails all the details were worked out and pictures were sent of the progress as the stone was cut and finished. When the headstone was delivered, I was thrilled with the results! It turned out better than the pictures and was NOT disappointed with one thing! I had such a positive experience dealing with this company and the finished monument exceeded my expectations.

I rarely participate in reviews, especially online but I did want to share my experience with any potential customers. In a time of need, especially in one such as mine which was the loss of my Father, my mind and soul were still hurting with heartache when I began the process of picking a monument.

My first impressions after checking out the website, and then dealing with "Susan" was a feeling of this being to good to be true but within time I realized that I had made the right choice when picking a Monument Company.
