The photographs were purchased on May 30, The proofs were approved on June 8, The pictures were to be delivered within two weeks time As of today, after multiple contacts to Tony *** with Axion Sports, the photographs have not been delivered There is no balance due on the order since I paid for the photographs when purchased
On June 10, I placed an order for photographs from this business I was supposed to receive an x collage photo and an x collage photo As of October 3, I have received the x collage photo but I still have not received the purchased/paid for x collage photo There is no way to reach the business owner by phone as his voice mail box is always full and you cannot leave a voice mail message However, I have communicated with said business owner MANY times via email and there is always some excuse as to why I still don't have all the items I have purchased and paid for As this point in time MrWilliams simply no longer responds to my emails and I still have not received the outstanding photograph I have asked for a refund of my purchase several times, to which he does not respond Now he is trying to claim that the x was shipped and he's not responsible for lost mail
Axion Sports was selling team and individual pictures during the *** *** *** Softball Tournament in Chattanooga, TN on June 9th through 12th The pictures that they had taken and put out for display looked pretty good but there were none of my daughters team so we prepaid, BAD IDEA!!! We gave them the game times and field locations where she would be playing that day The first game came and went and no one showed up to take pictures! I walked over to the Axion tent during the second game and asked them why no one was taking pictures I had to tell them AGAIN, who she was and what field she was on, which was clearly listed already on their schedule AND the field was located directly behind the tent They did get out there, finally, and took some shots but it took them a while to post them We selected the photos and were told that it would take a couple of weeks to get them to us After weeks or so we contacted them again (through email of course because there is no voicemail) and were told that they had been busy but that they would get right on it and send them to us It's now August 17th and we STILL HAVE NOT received the pictures My husband sent another, not so nice, email in hopes that they will either send us the pictures or will give us a refund I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional business!! IT IS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO GET BY WITH RIPPING PEOPLE OFF like they do!! We may be out our $45.00, BUT, I can guarantee you that we will spread the word to let people know how bad they are!!
