Placed order for over $on 3/17/and was advised the order would ship in 2-weeks I approved order the first time on 3/via email On 4/I requested status of the order Via e-mail from Tony ***, I was told I had to approve the order before it could ship and that if I "respond quickly" order would ship that week I approved order for a 2nd time on 4/ On 4/19, I sent another email requesting tracking as I still had not received my pictures Tony responded with the following "your order is shipping tomorrow, it was supposed to go out two weeks ago, but our office assistant put it in the wrong section for order progressmeaning it was marked unapproved."
It is now 5/1/16, and I still have not received my $order, but the money was taken out of my checking account on 3/18/
On August & 16, we attended the *** *** *** *** *** in Little Rock, ARAxion Sports was the photographer for the games
I purchased picture packages for both of my grandsons at $45eaOne was paid by myself the other was paid by my daughter in law, the charge was removed from our accounts on 8/18/The order form stated that they would create a collage and we also qualified for a 11xprint
By November I still had not received the pictures that were ordered and paid forI was able to contact Axion Sports after several attemptsI was informed that I need to go to their website and choose the pictures that I wantedI did thisI still did not receive the pictures
I then tried contacting them by phone and emailThe phone line is always not available or voice mail is full*** After repeated attempts to call and email I was finally contacted by a person named *** from the company with an alternate number ***He initially sai
I placed an order for 5xand 11xof my son from a baseball tournament in Kingsport, TN in September The proofs were sent to me on Oct and I ok'd them and also asked a question in which the owner responded so I know he received the ok It says pictures will be sent immediately upon ok I emailed to check status on 11/6--no response I tried calling today with no answer and mailbox full Money was taken immediately
I ordered a package of pictures of my son's 6u All Star tournament in ***, ** on 7/7-7/ I was to get 11xposters and collages (8xand 11x14) I have not received the collages OR the 3rd 11xposter I have emailed Tony times, and was last told on 8/that they were going to be shipped on 8/ Today is 8/and still no pictures or any response I want my pictures OR my money back This is theft! I still have my receipt as well
