Hola El porque de mi quereferente a esta compañia Moonben que provee de cable y servicio de internet es q realmente no sirve para nada el servicion q presta de internet es ridiculo pues vivimos en estados unidos primer pais en el mundo para q ellos simplemente te ofrescan un solo servicioCuyo servicio simplemente son megas de velocidad de internet y no sirve para nada siempre se esta cayendo cada segundo llamas a atencion al cliente y simplemente ellos no saben el porque o sino te disen q ellos van hacer una actualisacion en tres meses cosa q es mentira y desgrasiadamente el complejo donde vivo en conjunto con ellos no te dejan que canbies el provedor de internet ni cable estamos en un pais democrata q podemos tener y desir lo q deseamos simpre y cuando cumplamos las reglas sin hacer nada ilegal y creo q es injusto el q ellos presten tan mal servicio y para mas el complejo no te de la opcion de elegir q compañia deseas tener es injusto o aunque sea q esta compañia de moonben te de la opcion de pagar un poquito mas pero q brinden un servicio de calidad es elogico gente y estupido este problema con esta compañia de internet y no entiendo el porque los complejos de apartamento como el mio no te dejan poner la compañia de internet q uno desee es ilogico e injusto bueno espero q mejore esa situacion o sino ya me ire de este complejo por su mal servicio a los inquilinos sin mas

The credit was sent in to [redacted] leasing office who then must apply the credit to Ms [redacted] 's ledgerWe have no control over how fast the Leasing Office staff can processes thisTypically it takes business hoursAt the time of the initial call it was agreed upon that there would be a month credit and we would see what else we can do in additionI have now contacted [redacted] Leasing office to extend an additional days on the credit making it months.at 11:AM today the property manager confirmed the credit for months would be going into the systemWe feel this is a fair solution to this complaint

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I did receive a call from Tadd after I responded to this email yesterday that my internet is finally workingHowever, NO credit has been applied to me or my accountAlso, a month credit is unacceptableAt this point I have paid over $1k for my internet services in the past years and have had issues for over years of getting this serviceWith that being said a month credit is NOT something I am able to accept Sincerely, [redacted]

HORRIBLE SERVICEI have lived in my apartments and forced to use Moonbeam since September of EVERY month since I've had this service my internet goes in or outIt says I have full wifi signal but it BARELY worksI have constant issues streaming videos on my laptop and even on my [redacted] In December they claimed they were upgrading their service and decided to charge us more money! Great! Well I did not see ANY improvementMUCH Slower, MUCH more problemsMy phone works better on my cell phone service! I can't even play a game on my ***And forget streaming [redacted] or anything elseThis is the worst service ever and if I had the choice I would not use them ever or if at allIt is a WASTE of money.I've paid $so far towards this company for my internet and I wish I had it all backAnd to charge us more money for an even slower service is absurdI wouldn't renew my lease solely for this horrible service

I really dont like this ibtrrbet provider but it is the only one in my apartment complex so I am stuck with itIt constantly drops and goes down for sometimes an entire dayVery unsatisfied

I am very sorry you are experiencing issues with our serviceHere is some helpful information: There is no contract or agreement that blocks or disallows another provider such as BrighthouseAs you mentioned some residents have a personal [redacted] for cable serviceWe cannot help it if your apartment does not have clear line of site for a personal [redacted] but in no way intestinally block thisA company such a Brighthouse will not provide service on a property like [redacted] because they do not want to compete with any other provider so communications companies typically choose to only provide in markets where they can have a sole monopoly of potential customersOne of the main reason is the large cost for running wiring, amplifiers and other equipment to the various buildings on site that are needed to provide serviceI terms of your internet being slow you stated that in the past when you have had issues we sent a technician out and everything was resolvedit sounds like there is a technical issues affecting your apartment unitWe will gladly send a technician back to resolve this as soon as possibleWe will be contacting you today and hope to schedule an appoint as early as todayI do not believe this is a bandwidth issues or un-resolvable problem as it was taken care of in the past by a tech visitThe service call is free and if we find an issue on our end we will gladly credit you for the month Again we are sorry for your inconvenience and will reach out to you today for resolution [redacted] Operation Manager

Internet very slow like dial up slow, no high speed what so ever & no way to upgrade to a higher speedCable has NO HiDef so if you have a HD TV you won't watching it with Moonbeam

All of the changes with the account were done after the initial complaint We have re-opened the service ticket and will continue to work with the customer until this is resolved We have called and left a message with our contact information [redacted] Operation Manager

Very slow internet to the point where my cellphone is way fasterI called many times and complained about it and nothing was doneI am 100% sure that the problem is not my equipments, since I tested other brand new equipmentsI have to do some work off home and many many times where my internet is completely downIt is acutally down now and I am writing this review via my Iphone using my dataIf it is cloudy and rainy day then do not bother looking for internetI am stuck with internet that does not work just because my apartments office does not allow other companiesI can not wait for my contract to be upTV channels are bad in every possible way and they are changing all the timeFor example, channel it used to be SCI channel and every no lw and then different channel will replace it for few weeks, and there are other examplesDO NOT buy HD TV if you have moonbeamNo HD channels and no TV guideBottom line is DO NOT get an apartment that only have moonbeam " if you can "Believe me it is not worth trying unless you have no oprionsI am waiting on my contract to be up and I am moving out just because the cable and serviceTheir respons will be "internet could be slow due to many favtors " I know what the will sayThis is at mantee cove in [redacted] **, find different apartment unless u do not care abour the quilty of cable and internet

If you rent at any of the " [redacted] of Companies", stay away from Moonbeam, [redacted] of Companies owned cable/internet company If you have online school or like to play online video games, you will most likely not be able to do either During peak hours, (4-7PM), it is understandable for internet speeds to be down due to the high volume of people coming home from work/school, but it completely shuts down most days, or to a horrendous crawl I work hours a week and my fiance does online school, she constantly has to use her hotspot to submit her schoolwork, why is the speed so slow when everyone is at work/school? When called, they will tell you that 'upgrades' are being made to the system I have seen zero improvement in my last months here I had a technician come to my home during said 'upgrades' Checked my wiring/connections, corrected a few things, speed is still slow I wanted to make this review because I feel that it has more impact than calling 'Moonbeam', which offers you constant lies and ignorance that your internet is out so often or slow half of the day I play a lot of online games, so consistent internet speed is necessary I say that this is a sad excuse for a company, I feel like people who use this service should be reimbursed for the constant downtime, why would I pay for a service I am not receiving? Please, stay far away from this service that your [redacted] of Companies rental property offers, try ***, at least you will have a dedicated line instead of sharing it with everyone else in the complex [redacted] is not allowed to offer service on their properties, most likely due to [redacted] offering a better, more reliable, service

To whom it may concern, We have checked our ticket system and do not have any service call request or complaints from this customerWe have called the number on this complaint and hope to hear back so we can address any issues as soon as possible The main complaint I see is that Mr[redacted] does not have a choice in providerMoonbeam does not have ANY exclusive contract or right of entry into [redacted] apartmentsIf another provider does not want to provide to him it is because they are not willing to enter into a market with another competing providerTypically a large cable company like [redacted] or [redacted] , will only enter onto an Apartment complex if they get a contract to be exclusive, which is likely the reason why no other provider has chose to setup equipment on site Having a choice in provider is not always an option and depends where you liveThis has nothing to do with Moonbeam and we feel this is not a valid complaint for Moonbeam to address We would however like to send a tech out if there is a picture clarity or internet reliability issue and resolve it as soon as possibleSince we have never had a chance to do so we cannot validate this complaint as legitimateThank you, Tadd L [redacted] Manager of Operations Moonbeam Communications
