I called on 09/20/to make a pymt over the phone with [redacted] , during this call, I ask her to cancel my son's Mazda from my policy effective 08/01/as I am no longer able to afford his pymtsI made the payment and Ms [redacted] stated that my account was now current even with the down payment that I was originally told that I didn't have to pay when I added my son's car on 05/30/Ms [redacted] informed me that due to State Farm billing issues, misapplied of my payments, she needs to wait until this payment post especially since she didn't understand their billing and stated that they do not know what they are doing, but they can go back days to cancel/make changes on a policy On or about 10/17/18, I called Ms [redacted] to do a payment over the phone, I authorized the paymentWell, on 10/24/18, Ms [redacted] called stating there's an issue with my account, she admitted to making the payment, but not sure how she pulls the funds from my daughter banking account and appli

The four claims are actually INQUIRIESAdditionally, customer service with my agency has been very poorOver the years, I had to make numerous calls to speak to my agent to no availHe was never available when I needed to talk to himIn addition, after leaving so many messages, he never returned phone calls on a timely basis Most importantly, State Farm Insurance stated the following, "We are sorry that we cannot continue this insuranceTherefore, your policy will not be renewed."
