State Farms Insurances is one of the worst insurances companies out in the marketI submitted a claim on January 27, against one of their policy holders and as of today, March 11, they have provide me with four different settlements of total loss because they have made "mistakes" on all of the calculationsEvery time I try to accept an offer they come up with a different lower settlement offer because they "forgot to include some," and when I try to question their numbers they don't have a clue how they got itThe employees and management are very incompetentDON'T USE STATE FARM INSURANCETHEY ARE CARELESS, UNRELIABLE, AND VERY INCOMPETENT

Insurance premium keeps going up Quote before last was dollars by Ashli [redacted] and then the next day it became dollars Now he wants more than four hundred dollars When I last spoke to Ms Ashli May or 15th I asked to cancel my insurance with this company and send my $deposit When my husband and I signed up last May with State Farm, Jon, one of Henry ***'s employees, said we would have to make this deposit because we pay monthly and we didWe trusted what Jon said as an employee and have not spoken to Jon since He has not tried getting in touch with us to resolve the matter

This office is a RIP OF! I paid on time yrs, my son has a accident and they cancelled meOn top of that they withdrew another payment from my account after they cancelled meThe worst part is after promising they would refund it back the same day, which they did notTwo days later they stated it was in the mail from the head officeOne week after that I went in to ask where is the money they illegally took from ,y account and they stated they could not refund it because it was for a March paymentLIES when have insurance companies allowed you to pay after they covered you for a monthOn top of paying a down payment plus monthly for another insurance company STATE FARM deducted another payment which left my kids w/o food for the monthDO NOT allow them to take autopay out of your account!!!!! I wonder how many other people they pulled this SCHEME on?????

I have car insurance with Don Johnson State Farm Insurance Old Canton Road, Marietta, GA License # [redacted] Approximately April - May 2, I was contacted by Ana Alvarez, advising me that she can offer me coverage for all of my vehicles at a lower rate than I was currently paying I accepted the offer, and fast forward to August 6, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that was not my fault I contact State Farm and filed a claim I initially believed that the only damage to my car was to my passenger side mirror Once I took my car to [redacted] Chevrolet it was determined that there was more damage than first perceived I contacted State Farms while at the dealership to advise them of what the technician had advised At this point I was advised that this would change my deductible and the amount I would have to pay out of pocket The original amount was 524.00, however, after additional damage was done it increased to $1,000.00, I conta

I have been insured with State Farm since with Auto, Home, Life and Business insurance, I recently had a vehicle stolen and Melissa the Adjustor on my claim looked for every way to deny the claim, she has delayed the claim, she has made it so I can not reach a supervisor or another person to discuss my claim, I call and my cell and home numbers automatically route to her voice mail, she has stated that per my policy the car theft is not covered because it was taken by an employee of mine and I gave consent to drive the car, yes true but only for a single week period, not ongoingMelissa claims that consent is a permanent thing and they have the right to drive it for as long as they wish, and will not consider the car stolenPolice considered it stolen, it was recovered by police as a stolen car, destroyed by the party who stole it, and I had to pay myself $impound and towing fees, $to make another key plus travel expenses to travel from Nevada to Utah and retrieve the car and State Farm will not cover the car because I gave consent for a person to drive it, and apparently keep it foreverStay away from this company, I am canceling all my insurance, this is a bad company, with bad adjustors who don't try to help but look for ways to deny

I have had issues with this office since the beginningThey would state my husband was on the policy, but he was NEVER on the ID policyThey left a vehicle I did not have for over a year on my policy because "discounts"Here I am, every month calling because of INCREASES, they refund me the difference, then again it happensI speak to a different person at that office each time, and never get a call back, like they state they willI have sent emails and phone calls and zilch! I have called State Farm headquarters trying to cancel for weeks now and they keep stating the agent has to! This is ridiculous, if their agent is not doing their job, they should be able to handle issuesI have an escalation and complaint, and they keep telling me to call back and they'll handle it! NOTHING has happenedI put in a request to cancel effective 11/14/2017, guess what I saw yesterday and this morningmy policy is still effective! I called again this morning, and again I am told they can't

A State Farm representative admitted that State Farm had failed in not calling me back, meaning that I was using rental car service days for no reasonI needed those because I need the rental car until I can get an insurance payout in order to buy a new carYet, the representative was not willing to help in being able to arrange other rental days for the carHe claimed that those days cannot be changed, but I am on track to have had the car for days and he said State Farm can't do sevenSo it is clear that State Farm's insurance can cover days for a rental car as long as it wants and he lied to meFaith, a manager in the Washington office, has one job to do and she didn't do itThat is to make sure that wrongs State Farm done are remediedThe timeline for the rental car was effectuated by problems by State Farm and she didn't remedy that

These people are very careless and always late sending out insurance cardsPoor customer service, delayed serviceMisdirects mail...I have to constantly contact them to send out cards and fix problems they createdThis is unacceptable! They are always on-time taking payment from account, that's for sure

I contacted my local State Farm agency and the owner name is Victor and when I did they gave me a quote and it was for $a monthAnd that was for me and my daughter's vehicle I immediately said that was a great "and to send the paperwork over and we did basically everything by phone and everything seemed like it was good to goI paid my 1st downpayment which was a $within a week I received paperwork in the mail that said I owed almost $for the payments! Obviously I was totally shocked by this when I call Victor every time I tried to evade questions and you can tell he was flat out lying about things! So he said he would get back to me even know I was freaking out I'm on so security disability and I made it crystal clear to them that I'm on a strict budgetSo days had passed he still had not called me back so I continuously called on a daily basis only to find out that they hadn't looked into it then I finally get a call back from one of his workers Calvin which basicall

I spoke with my local State Farm office in Spokane Valley WA at the beginning of Novemberdue to receiving an unexpected check from State Farm in the mail for $ My standard bill is $and is a planned amount that I discussed and setup with State Farm when I moved services in September After speaking with the office, they contacted the Corporate billing office and determined that the issue was State Farm's fault and that I did not owe any payment for November and my standard billing would resume in December at the $ At this time, I was informed that I was due the $check due to over-payment In December I am receiving a bill for over $and am being told that I did not pay my bill properly and that I will see this same amount for months After speaking with my local agent and the customer support line, I was given a tough luck determination I completed my due diligence and ensured that I was providing fully accurate information to the office and by extension th

My son was falsely accused of hitting a vehicle insured by State FarmHe was driving behind a truck which probably hit the vehicleThey only presented the photo of my son's license plate, and could not present any evidence [redacted] , my auto insurance rep successfully proved to State Farm that there was no evidence and we were not liableOur vehicle does not even have a scratchIn order to photograph my son's license plate number, the driver chased him on the roadMy son called in fearI later tracked down the driver and filed a report to local police (Henderson, NV) and Nevada DMV Wilber & Associate, P.C., the attorney for State Farm, keeps sending me a bill ($1,347.38) even after the case is closed I called the State Farm rep, and was yelled by her (J [redacted] ***)

In March I switched insurance companies for house and vehicles (from Nationwide to State Farm) due to a lower quote from State Farm Agent, Mick Lundy We agreed to terms, did digital signatures on home & auto policies for escrow and monthly debit respectively, and all was well until last week Sandy, Mick's assistant, called me and said she made a mistake on my quote and that one of my vehicles (Jeep Grand Cherokee) would cost an additional $16/month I spoke with Mick Lundy also, and he told me they made a mistake and there is nothing he can do to honor the original quote Based on the cost/terms of this insurance agreement with State Farm, I cancelled my home/auto policies with Nationwide after years with them I don't understand how State Farm can enter into a contract with me on such terms, then increase my rates a month later based on their mistake Product_Or_Service: Insurance Order_Number: N-A Account_Number: [redacted]

State Farm Agent Corey Lindsey continues sending unwanted soliciting mail to my mailing addressI have emailed the Agent/Business owner and asked to stop sending the unwanted mail to my address Product_Or_Service: NONE Order_Number: NONE Account_Number: NONE

I am currently undergoing an auto claim thru state farm where my vehicle was involved in hail damage and flooding on July 21st, 3.40pm, and I am still waiting for state farm to approve my claims for the damaged bumpers and shocks that were effected due to this major hail and flooding event that I experiencedI have been calling many times, and each time I call I get the run aroundMoreover, representatives are questioning the damages as if my story is unrealState farm is handling this whole situation very poorly and at this point I am completely distressed with state farms actionsI had 2, 6-year-old kids in the car, it was hailing and flooding heavily I had trees falling in front of my vehicle and branches and trunks floating over the powerful water streams hitting my carI was in fear for the kids life as well as mine and had to drive forward, where I drove over tree trunk (having them stuck in-between my two back tires for more than a mile) and bump them out of the way to get to safety with my vehicle, and instead of my auto insurance company (State Farm) helping me thru this devastating situation I am simply been mistreated and harassedI'm asking for a knowledge manager to please contact me regarding this matterI always have go out of my way to contact state farm back regarding the delay and when I hear back from Lindsey, she stated for me to purchase my own shocks because they were not going to cover it in my claimI asked to please give me an explanation why not? she simply said this kind of damages happen to these vehicles!!! (therefore they cant give me proof of grounds of claim rejectionI've been waiting days for my claim to be approved, giving me the runaround, being rude, not hearing my situationState Farm is a dishonest company which is carelessplease be careful when selecting this companyI will share this story everywhere possible because they do not stand with their word as stated on their website (being there when we most need them)

State Farm reinstated auto coverage without my approval months after cancellation, and will not issue a refund On February 4th 2016, I cancelled a Specialty Auto Policy with State Farm, as I was moving to another state and the quoted price was too high in the new stateAt that time, I transferred my renter's coverage to the new stateOn May 1st, my specialty auto coverage was apparently reinstated by State Farm Headquarters, and a letter was sent from my local agent to my former address, which I never receivedI did not realize this change had happen, and because I was enrolled with AutoPay and eBilling, I was never notified of any changes nor did I have to physically write out any checksThe money was automatically pulled out of my checking account without my knowledgeOn July 25th I was going through my bank records and realized that my payment to State Farm had jumped up ~$per monthI called my agent and got to the bottom of the issue, at which point, they cancelled

Agent mis-represented customer about auto insurance amount and requirements Agent auto withdrew incorrect insurance coverage amounts without prior customer consent resulting in months of over billings approximately $

After getting hit by a State Farm policyholder in a traffic accident I have been unable to get my car repaired State Farm claims they are trying to reach the policyholder, but they know their policyholder does not want this on their record and has not responded State Farm uses this as an excuse for not moving ahead with my claim I would be interested in hearing from others who have been a victim of this scam The Maryland State Insurance Commissioner may be interested in looking into this

This is about a business practiceI removed a vehicle from my auto policy, in June 2018, and the State Farm employee who assisted removed a driverAlmost three months went by before I was notified and they put the driver back onDue to their employee mistake, they made a change in driver rating, treating this driver as new and it increased my premiumI'm not disputing the increase I am disputing that the driver should not have been removed, causing a difference in rating and my being charged for the incompetence of their employeeI should have been paying for him all along

On 2-22-2018, I had a strong gust of windThe wind lifted the patio roof off, damaging the patio and house roofWhen the adjuster came to check for damage she authorized a repair on the roof, which was done properlyHowever, the sloping den roof was just authorized a patch jobThe roof of my house is only five months oldWhen the roofer came out to do the repairs he told me that the patch job on my den would only last three to four yearsHe stated that the roof should be recoatedHe supplied me with a written estimate and a breakdown of all work involvedI have tried to contact State Farm several timesI have left messages to Customer Service as well as the adjuster Verdawn Davis (1-253-428-3082) five timesNo one has ever returned my calls

I had an auto policy with State Farm for more than years, then a few years ago, I bought a new car, and got insurance for it, and cancelled the policy on my existing car after selling it laterUnknown to me, they canceled the new, not old carOne day my car was hit in a parking lotWhen I made the claim, I discovered the errorThey wouldn't pay out the claim without fully paying the back amountIt seems crummy but I was okay with that, and decided to pay for the damages out of pocket and just get the insurance switched to the new car; except they refused to apply the insurance without a full back payment of the "uncovered" period even without the claimThis was several years ago I also had a homeowner's policy with State Farm Recently my home was vandalized and burglarizedThey split the claim into two separate ones and charged me the deductible on bothYesterday, I got a notice from State Farm that they would be dropping the policy on July due to claim activityThe policy was years old, in good standing, and the claims far less than what had been paid into it I called the agent, who talked to corporate, but they had made up their mindBecause they dropped me, my home is now considered high risk, which is driving my rates upNot only did my home get vandalized and items stolen, but I also got screwed by State Farm This deplorable treatment of a long standing customer is reprehensibleI am not speaking from just one incident but multiple over a number of years, across different services and between multiple agentsThe problems I have had weren't from an agent, but from State Farm as a corporationTo me, non-isolated incidents over a range of time are indicative of bad business practices, not unusual circumstancesI urge anyone who is looking for insurance or for any of the other services State Farm offers, to steer clear of them!
