They always call to make an appointment at my convenience for my maintenance work. xxxxx (xxxxx) is always courteous and explains exactly what he is going to do and when he is done he lets me know what was done. He couldn't be more professional.
I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. Every person I have worked with has been polite but has been completely not helpful. They did try to sell me all sorts of services and even a new unit telling me if I didn't buy I would have carbon monoxide leaking from it. I bought high end carbon monoxide detectors and put them throughout my house. And all of them read a level of ZERO. I had someone come out for routine maintenance and when they left the unit went from working fine to not working. If you are considering AC service RUN from this company.
