It was such a pleasure meeting Lisa Prentice today. She was extremely courteous, timely and informative. I was especially impressed to see a young woman in a job normally associated with men. She was knowledgeable and discussed suggestions with us to improve our HVAC system. She represented Morris Jenkins with 5 star service.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Morris Jenkins. Chris N performed our annual cooling system inspection and service. He did a great job, was very personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent job on the tankless water heater installation. The work was right and tight. I'm so glad I chose Morris-Jenkins to do the work.

Jimmy did a very thorough job at checking my ac systems. I Would recommend them for all ac services.

Tom B was so good! He was experienced, professional, kind, and very efficient.

Our AC stopped working on a Friday night. Called another company and were told they could be out Tuesday - maybe. Called them on Monday to pass on my cell phone number since we would be in and out for doctor appointments - only to find out that the call Friday was not listed so we had waited all weekend for nothing. Called Morris-Jenkins and they said they could have someone here that day between 12 and 1. We were very happy to hear that. He was right on time and went right to work looking over the unit to see what was going on. He determined the compressor was "dead" so we might need to get a new one. Jarrett was very thorough and explained what had happened and when we asked about replacement units he showed us some he had available - even had some costs for us to choose from. He introduced the warranties they had and which did what and how much they would cost. Our current unit it turns out was 13 years old which surprised us - we just didn't realize how much time had passed. He set things up with the office and then told us a new unit could be put in and working today. Needless to say we have put it all in motion and are just waiting for them to start. Jarrett made a painful day turn into a nicer one simply by being the great company representative he is. We actually enjoyed the time he spent with us.

Service tech was awesome ./ would highly recommend . If I have to call for service again I am going to request him. There is only one company to call for plumbing device . ...The one and only Morris Jenkins .

My A/C went out unexpectedly and within 3 days Morris Jenkins had me back up and running with a new system. From the moment I called to the moment they finished they have been professional and great to work with. They far exceeded what I could've expected.

A quick thanks to James D for helping us resolve our AC issue and get us back up and running. James was on-time, found the issue and had a resolution in a very efficient manner. James also kept me posted throughout the process. I consider James a trusted advisor as he helped us on multiple units.

Bobby D. is the best ever!

Jason came to the home we are renting today. We have a very old air conditioner. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He made sure the landlord was informed of everything. He worked hard and efficiently.
I know customer service is important. I also see this service dwindling in many companies in America. Jason is the opposite of that. He is just what you want in an employee.
We could not be more pleased.
