Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I just saw it and was shocked to see the lies in the email provided by future financeI talked on phone after receiving the call from future finance that they are waiting for my check on 30th of April and I told them that yesterday on 29th of April my van suddenly stopped on the road and was not starting at allThis communication was with their representative sara [redacted] I have a proof of that because I have to call the tow truck to move it to the auto workshopI have the receipt of the towing company as well as the communication and the batch noof the police who supported me by standing behind me while the tow truck was on the wayNow both this proof cannot be a lie Can you ask them the name of the mechanic who told them that the van was lying there for two weeks? I can give you the name of the owner of the work shop who knows that I called them on 30th of April, and asked him what was wrong with it and he said the fuel pump needs to be replacedAs I am an Amazon prime member I told him I will be ordering the part online and this is all just days before they repo my van not weeks beforeThey took the payment through my credit card on 3rd of May and even sent me a written email confirming the agreement that says that I will be paying $every 25th of the month until the balance is paidI still do not understand that when they made an agreement of the payment plan and took the payment from credit card then why did they illegally repo my van the very next day by breaking the contract agreement The below mentioned communication is attached to let you know the present status of the case nasreen [redacted] < [redacted] @yahoo.com> To:[email protected],[email protected] May at 4:PM MsKaren/Sarah, I was trying to be cooperative and nice but do not understand why you are trying to be so tricky by not giving me the storage auction place where I could call them and ask them what exactly I have to pay them so I can arrange for the money Although I should have let my attorney talk to you as you towed my car even the contract was agreed upon as $a month and even the $was just paid by credit card a day before and it was repo by you the very next day which is totally illegal and it is a breach of contract I agreed on paying for the repair charges and the monthly agreed payment but legally you should drop the van back at my place as it was towed and repo by breaking a written email contract and I am not responsible for the towing and storage charges at all, but being a nice person I agreed to pay on your mistake of $storage charges but you are trying to hide and tricky by not giving me the storage location phone nosso I can find out if there is any hidden chargesIt seems to me that we now after this tricky conversation needs to work out on legal groundI paid according to the contract and you repo my car illegally so you are bound to bring back the car to the location you picked up from or at least at your location without any charges extra to be paid by me except the monthly payment and repair charges waiting for your urgent reply Nasreen [redacted]

Future Finance would like to extend its sympathies to Ms [redacted] regarding her domestic situation, but being that it is a domestic situation, we can only reiterate what we previously advised herWe are a finance company, not law enforcementIf the authorities have been notified (by Ms [redacted] ) and have either chosen not to act further or contact Future Finance for assistance, that speaks volumesWe do not get involved in domestic situations, we only finance the loanGiven that the vehicle keys were accessible to the person who took the vehicle, we cannot take responsibility for those actionsWe have advised Ms [redacted] to work with her local law enforcement, and if they require any information we will gladly assistThe GPS device that was installed is not used to track the vehicle for personal reasons, it was a condition of her financial approvalAs Ms [redacted] has advised us of her intention to default on her loan due to no circumstances related to Future Finance, we will do what is within our legal rights to protect our interest.We hope this situation can be resolved peacefully, but again, we are not law enforcement.Best regards

In regards to the complaint the vehicle was repossessed due to non payment, that is incorrectWe were told by Paul at *** *** ***o on May 3rd that the customer had dropped off the vehicle on April for repairs to the water pumpHowever, he advised us that she did not authorize any work to be
done, had not left any kind of deposit for repairs, and he had no phone number to reach herHe stated he did not want to get stuck with the vehicle and for us to pick it upThe vehicle was picked up May 4thMs*** had advised us that the vehicle was in her garage at the time.Due to the fact that Ms*** is not currently protected by Bankruptcy, and has been repossessed prior, the law states that we are within our rights to require her to pay her vehicle off in full, as she is no longer covered under the Reinstatement/30% ruleWe are not refusing to allow Ms*** to get her vehicle back; she may pay the account in full and redeem her vehicle within days
