Phone response - did job, while placing post, hit a boulder, which we do not removePost was not set perfectly straight so we redid the workI am the one that called and facilitated the reinstall, and also provided touch up paint for the fencingAs far as the no shirt issue, it was in the 90's, my guys did remove their shirts to try and stay comfortable while workingI have made the decision that I will not do any further work for this consumer, which is why I have not contacted him regarding the commercial property

This situation has already been resolved, and Mr*** was refunded back his full deposit amount

Richard came out 9/12/with a crew, and replaced the fence with a beautiful, professional looking fenceI am completely satisfied with their resolution to my issue

In answer to your question, I do have a complaint pending with the NYS Attorney General. *** ***, Senior Consumer Fraud Representative, mailed a reply on September 21, 1017, that they will attempt to intervene for an adjustment. Their File Number is ***. I have heard no other news since this mailing. Submitted on October 16, by *** *** *** ** ***

We have been given multiple dates of completion with no phone call when these dates were not metAs of 5pm 10/2/no progress

I am a union plumber and work in situations that have varying high temperature from inside plants to outside work and always wear a shirt and carry myself in a professional manner, you forgot about workers smoking around my kids! Rock should have been removed instead of installing a crooked fenceYou did touch up some paint but left more scratches from removing and resetting then were there originallySent owner pictures with no response , when I spoke with him had nothing but excuses like it was my fault and was very unprofessional and argumentative, didn't even know I requested another estimate for more work until I called him to complain about this install, at least I gave his guys Gatorade.
