I just want to let you know I was refunded my deposit today 11/2/regarding my complaint id ***

stated from miscommunication on the company's end The material for the project was ordered on 6/ I do not understand how my deposit was made April 27, 2016, and it was not ordered until months laterand two installation dates, 6/and 7/could have possibly been scheduled Also, I was told that the company had also thought my installation was complete, stating that they were looking at a customer's order under the name "Champion" and marked our installation as complete On Tuesday, July 21, 2016, I spoke to an individual named Richard who gave me this information He stated that the material was ordered on 6/and will be installed on 8/1.Regards, *** ***

We do not cover acts of god (wind, snow, flood damage)I can give an estimate for repair if desired for homeowners insurance

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised the consumers fence will be available for pickup next Wednesday The fence is on schedule for install the week of November 9th

Her money is being refunded.

We ordered the fence she wanted from California, had the bamboo sandblasted and stained the color she wanted (Mahogany). At this point we have well over $1000 into this fence. We are still willing to install this fence and fulfill the installation contract.

I have spoken to their attorney, they are being refunded.

yes we do have a contract with the [redacted]. A NON REFUNDABLE contract. When she first come in she told the sales person as well as me that she didn't care if the fence was ever put in all she had to do was spend the money so the family could get assistance for the father who was put in a nursing...

home.  In the spring she came in and wanted the fence, I informed her it needed to be ordered. To my knowledge it was. Later on she came back in and I informed her the company was hacked and could not get the product at that time, I gave her a letter from the company explaining this. She was never satisfied and called the company head-quarters herself, along with the local representative and caused many problems to where they didn't want to sell us the product if this persisted. a young girl come in and wanted to see some vinyl information, seconds later she come in screaming your a lier, you lied to me , on & on. sat down put he feet on the desk, and said she wasn't leaving until she got her money. At this point I told the young girl I was sorry and she informed me she was her sister- in -law and held her phone up to start taking a recording of us. My son told her it was illegal and to stop, at that point Fred came out and tried to talk to her. She would not listen and finally left. Some time later she appeared with her brother and another sister in law, again so belligerent we called the police, 2 came, one in the front office listening and one in front of us, he understood but could do nothing, and went out to the front office where the police told her to shut up so they could talk with out shouting. She has been told on to come on our property again and we will deal with the sister in law only, since she could talk nicely and not shout. We have received a package from her with clippings from her fathers funeral along with a letter she wrote, also she contacted the attorney generals office and we have explained all this to him. We are waiting for a response from him. We will do the fence when this matter is settled.

Consumer called - Fred promised refund by 11/30/2016 - as of 12/1/2016 still no refund received. I gave deposit of $1100 in May, no fence installed, have been seeking refund for months. They keep promising, but I never see it.

In regards to Revdex.com Complaint # 114863949        Mr. [redacted] was present at the install of his fence, he left his son in charge. The son told the installers that he wanted the fence level regardless of space under the fence or the grade of the ground, and that he...

would fill it in. We were informed of the bad relationship with the neighbor and wanted as much height as possible to block them off. After being contacted by Mr. [redacted] of his issue with the height of the fence, he was informed that it was installed at the son's direction, at which time the son said that's what he told the installers to do. This is not taking into account the 2 hours lost having my installers insulted and held up by the police for their petty squabbles. At this time we feel we did what we were instructed to do by the homeowner and have no problem lowering the fence for a minimum labor charge. As for any pickets or rails warping, its stated on the contract we are not responsible for warping and checking of pressure treated lumber.Any questions please call [redacted]

into them next week, so he is not able to release the money at present.  He said possibly by next Thursday, but wasn't ready to commit.  I do not feel confident that he is going to follow through on the refund.

We  already refunded his money.

Consumer called, stated the resolution she accepted by the business has not been followed through with. To date, she has not received her refund.

we spoke to mrs [redacted] yesterday and have set a pending dat for next Friday if the material is released . she was ok with that and we plan to keep in touch with her
