I like that Mosquito Squad gives us emails and calls before the treatment and responds immediately to any questions I might have.

They were very willing to answer any questions and we had great results. We have used them the last 2 years.

First, the service works. I do not have mosquitos in my yard, and have reclaimed my patio for my enjoyment. Aside from that, Mosquito Squad is a perfect model for good communication with me as a customer. I always know what they are doing and why, and when the schedule has to change due to weather, they always let me know before I have a chance to wonder. They really could have a successful second business teaching other businesses how to proved good service and communication.

The results are good. Evenings are a joy when treatment occurs. The company sticks to a schedule (weather permitted)
