its like they put a impenetrable mosquito and fly cake dome over out entire property. using their service changed our summers. would recommend to anyone.

The impact Mosquito Squad has had on the mosquito population in my yard is remarkable. The backyard was unlivable in the summer but with their service we can now use our yard. If I’ve felt I needed a respray or was not happy with the last treatment they’ve done everything they could to address my concerns. I will continue to use Mosquito Squad.

Really works! I live next to a retention pond and On a heavily wooded lot. It was near impossible to be outside without getting eaten up by mosquitoes before. Best part, if there is a wet summer and extra mosquitoes hatch before your next service is due, they will come out and do a respray for free as long as you have a season package. Totally worth it.

They do not honor the 100% guarantee. It rained 2 hours after they came out to spray. Two weeks later and we have mosquitoes. They will not respray because we are at the end of contract. Will not have them back next year. Also, we had issues when we originally signed up. Owner told me I didn't sign up even though I thought I did. I had a confirmation email and charge on my credit card. He never called back as promised. I finally received an email with a schedule day. Very rude.

I had no idea this review was on here. I just wanted to respond to you accordingly. When Robert called on 7/2/2018 @11:06am Kerry sent you 2 quotes, one quote for a "one time" Event treatment (that is meant for a day of EVENT, party, wedding Etc.) and a quote for a three treatment package (That would include re-treatments "in-between" treatments). He was thoroughly explained that a onetime treatment on a property that had not been treated all year long, would require a program. Robert said he had to talk to you, his wife Jan and would call back with a decision after you weighed the options (All documented by notes and recorded call). Robert then called 17 days after your “one time” treatment and demanded to be sprayed again. We explained that there are no re-treatments on a one time treatment 17 days out, but I did offer him 1/2 off another treatment or the money used for the one time treatment to be used toward a 3 treatment package. He declined both. That said, our 100% guarantee is on our programs and typically done within 5 days of the treatment. Robert called on 8/22/2018 @ 1:48pm ,17 days after a treatment on a property that had not been treated all year, the product may last for 21 days if on a program (Which is why we have re-treatments). I did the best I could to help you out and I’m sorry it had to come to this review. I wish I would have seen this sooner.
