RECALL-
I called Mossy Oceanside to bring my car in for a recall-
I requested the service van ride home and back. I was told I would be given a $15 Lyft credit- I explained I don't have a cell phone to use Lyft have never used Lyft and this was a recall, and I should not have to pay for my transportation.
I was then told there would be no problem getting me home and back it would be taken care of, so I made the appointment at 7AM.
I was told when I dropped the car off that I had $10 Lyft credit and I had to get myself back to pick up the car. I explained what I was told about transportation and the response I got was I had talked to the call center and what I was told was not true and blame it on Covid for no service van-yes let's blame Covid for horrible customer service
I left with my car and I am furious. I have purchased 3 cars and one truck from Oceanside Mossy- So thanks for customer loyalty.

We apologize that we could duplicate the excessive fuel consumption claim from our customerWe would like to offer the customer a full refund if the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was purchased in, minus the wear and tear of months of drivingMossy will also have the customers aftermarket stereo removed at our expense, and those items returned to himThe customer will need to provide the original stereo parts that came in the vehicle, which he has confirmed he still hasMossy will extend this offer thru October 25, or until the vehicle reaches 83,000, as the customer has expressed he will need the vehicle for a few weeks.Thank you, [redacted] ***

We had a bad experience with this gaggle of non-empowered knuckleheadsThe twins that sold us our car made us promises, but by the time we were to get funded by the bank they had been let go and all our paperwork was under scrutinyTheir Finance girl, ***, is beyond unprofessionalWe gave them cash for a deposit but when we returned vehicle (lemon) they gave us the runaround and said they had to request a check from LARidiculous! How such a large business can't write a check or pull cash out of a drawer is beyond usWe recommend buy here pay here before doing with these incompetent amateurs
