Dear Mr. [redacted],  Mossy Nissan is Not responsible for your charges. These charges were determined by a company not associated or influenced by Mossy Nissan. If you have a concern, please call Nissan Consumer affairs at [redacted]. As far as the disposition fee, if you check your contract it clearly states that charge. Again this is a fee Mossy Nissan has nothing to do with, it’s a fee Nissan Corporation charges when you finish your lease agreement.

Mossy Nissan is the business with which I signed the lease agreement. Mossy Nissan is the business that I leased the vehicle from. Mossy Nissan is where I physically took possession of the vehicle. Mossy Nissan is where I returned the vehicle at the termination of the lease. Please don't try to tell me I had no dealings with Mossy Nissan. Yes, I absolutely did. As an authorized Nissan dealer, good customer service would include bringing customer complaints to the parent company. It seems you would be in a far better position to do that than I would.It appears that Mossy Nissan can do anything and everything regarding taking the customers money, but nothing to get some bad charges removed?
