It's been 3 long unsuccessful months dealing with this dealership; I have made so many calls I lost count, I have sent emails, and I have driven 60 one way to deal with them in person and all is promised but no results. NOT ONE SINGLE MANAGER KNOWS WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING. I have been referred from the "Sales" manager-Vince to the "Service dept." Manager-Darek to the "General" manager-George (who has not have the courtesy to at least acknowledge he received my emails and call) I am very disappointed I just hope my friend Theresa does not give Mossy her business (in search for new rogue/sport) Mossy does not deserve our business and our trust. Brian @ Finance department-Where is my registration-3 months are over temporary expired!
@Vince may I add I have not received my spare keys(2nd set of keys).

We have reached a agreement with MR***Although Mr [redacted] and I both looked under his car and there were no leaks present after repairHe still insists it is leakingIn the interest of customer satisfaction we agreed that Mr [redacted] would pay for the new parts already installed and I would reimburse him for the labor he spent for the repairThere may have been a communication issue between the advisor and Mr***That being said I felt it was a fair way to make the customer happy and to resolve the Revdex.com caseI will be sending a check for $to Mr [redacted] this weekThanks [redacted] ***Service ManagerMossy Nissan Poway

I spoke to the client and we had a friendly conversation I apologized for it not being handled earlier She is emailing me a copy of her receipt for the purchased floor-mats and I am sending her a check from our store for the full amount I let her know we appreciate her business and apologized it was mishandled We are happy we are able to finally make it right.Thank you, [redacted]

The consumer came to the store after receiving the email, it states clearly the value is up to 120% KBB fair conditionIt doesn’t state or promise 120%Every car needs to be appraised firstThe consumer is more than welcome to contact me and have me walk him through the process of how we arrive at the number

***,Please post this statement below on the Revdex.com website I do not have access Thank you.We contacted the client and her mother and they informed us that the lender had sent them to collections We then contacted the lienholder [redacted] and verified this was true The lienholder [redacted] has posted a 2nd loan in error on the same VIN They were not posting the payments made in time to the correct account Our Finance Director worked diligently with [redacted] to correct the error on their side They have closed one of the accounts and are applying her payments as on time to the correct account [redacted] is not only fixing her internal account but also contacting the credit agencies to correct any misreporting on the credit bureaus [redacted] has given us a timeline of everything being cleared on their end within days and promise to have all issues resolved on the credit bureaus within days or less The General Manager and Finance Director will continue to follow up with both the lienholder [redacted] and the client until it is fully resolved The General Manager also contacted the client and they are relieved and satisfied with the resolution Mossy Nissan Poway has given the client years of oil changes as a good faith gesture

I was originally going to file this as a complain but considering that after weeks of talking with Poway Nissan while they had my car and two weeks of waiting for the promised call
from the service manager to resolve the issues after they returned my car, I have realized then that they do not have any inclination to call and resolve anythingSo much for their
signs with their customer bill of rights
At this stage I really do not expect any actual resolution, too much time has passed and no one from Poway Nissan has tried to contact me to resolveInstead, I want this to be a
cautionary tale for everyone thinking of using the service department for their repairs
When my car stopped working I called the Poway Nissan to explain what had happened and ask if they could take care of it, they said definitely and gave me an appointment to drop it
inSince my car would not start I had it towed to them, we discussed the process sign the paperwork and off we went with the diagnosticsOne week pass and no news, I call to
inquire and they dont know, they have to call tech service to help them toubleshoot and its taking longer than expectedAfter complains on delays they offer a loaner carat week I get a call, its a unit connected to the steering wheel and needs to be replaced$part arrives and is allegedly damaged, they dont wnt to install it and have me wait several days for another one to arriveAt week new replacement part arrives and I get notified that the part was not the problem, they begin again troubleshooting with tech support on the phone at almost week four and numerous calls to request info (several of them un answered) they find out that the issue are two modules that need to be replacedorfered is placed and the waiting game begins again, part one arrives but part two although shipped takes a little over two weeks to arriveAgain during that wait I place several calls in and several go unanswered, visited the dealership and talked to the assistant manager who promised to personally keep me updated which is as far as that got, as a promise or unfullfiled one at thatEventyually for the last week after an angered visit to the dealership the service guy begins calling me on a daily basis to provide updatestook them weeks to figgure that their customers could need some info on a week repair job on week six exactly I get the call that the car is ready and despite all the promises that all the managers were aware of the situation and that they were going to make it good and that my satisfaction was important I get billed $plus dollars and told that they cannot do anything (to ensure my satisfaction) and that the main service manager would call me personally to resolve the mattertwo weeks have passed and no callto add insult to injury when I goi in my car I noticed that there were several deep scratches in the dashboard from where the service personnel rested their tools and partsI pointed it out to the dealership and got the same recording, the manager would be giving me a call to resolve
All while this is going on all my friends and everybody at work are following the eventsFunny how from one incident with a single customer (myself) all the Nissan drivers in the office and some friends vowed to never set foot in that dealership I made the decision to never do business with them, even though I just recently purchased a car with them (I should add that the purchase part was as pleasant as could be, Id recommend Hector to anyone I know, just not their service department) Last service I actually drove it down to Kearny Mesa for service
The way the service department at Poway Nissan operates and they total lack of customer attention are shamefull for a business of this caliber

At this point, thru our customer service follow up, I beleive that this problem has been solvedWe had the client come back in, pick out a new car that he liked and took back the current vehicleI beleive the client is happy with his new vehicle choice and this matter is completely
resolvedIf that is not the case please let us knowThank you

We are currently working on an amicable solution for thisand expect to have resolve shortly
