I spoke to the client and we had a friendly conversation. I apologized for it not being handled earlier. She is emailing me a copy of her receipt for the purchased floor-mats and I am sending her a check from our store for the full amount. I let her know we appreciate her business

We have since Invited Mr. [redacted] back to the dealer to complete his transaction for the 2009 Ford Focus and he understands why his credit profile was accessed by Mossy Nissan of Poway. He states the second visit back to the store went very smooth and feels he was assisted properly and professional in all aspects of the transaction.

lienholder [redacted] has posted a 2nd loan in error on the same VIN.  They were not posting the payments made in time to the correct account.  Our Finance Director worked diligently with [redacted] to correct the error on their side.  They have closed one of the accounts and are applying her payments as on time to the correct account.  [redacted] is not only fixing her internal account but also contacting the credit agencies to correct any misreporting on the credit bureaus.  [redacted] has given us a timeline of everything being cleared on their end within 15 days and promise to have all issues resolved on the credit bureaus within 90 days or less.  The General Manager and Finance Director will continue to follow up with both the lienholder [redacted] and the client until it is fully resolved.  The General Manager also contacted the client and they are relieved and satisfied with the resolution.  Mossy Nissan Poway has given the client 2 years of oil changes as a good faith gesture.

It’s is unfortunate that Mossy Poway was not able to please this customer. We make every attempt with every customer to provide truly exceptional service. The price, trade value, and payment options were displayed in a transparent and upfront manner with this customer agreeing on them. Along with a fully disclosed contract in accordance with California [redacted] law. The customer was also given an opportunity after the sale to return the vehicle with no repercussion and at that time refused that option. No further action will be taken at this time.

Contacted this customer concerncing his issue and found a resolution.

The consumer came to the store after receiving the email, it states clearly the value is up to 120% KBB fair condition. It doesn’t state or promise 120%. Every car needs to be appraised first. The consumer is more than welcome to contact me and have me walk him through the process of how we arrive...

This was resolved to the client's satisfaction on 1/27/2018. The client had her vehicle serviced at another location and the same day they released the vehicle to her we arranged to meet at Mossy Nissan Poway. We took her out of that car and placed her in a brand new identical car. She is no...

longer driving the original car and it has been replaced with a new one at no extra charge to the client.

I have contacted the client and apologized on behalf of the company. I contacted the Poway General Manager and Sales Manager and they have resolved the issue. They are accepting an offer on a used car and have come to an agreement at the exact price the client would like to purchase the vehicle...

for. Since the transaction will be finalized today there is no further action required nor is it necessary to remove the credit inquiry that was authorized with the signed application. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter to the client's satisfaction and are very happy welcoming him to the Mossy Family.

Can you please check to see if ALL Nissan complaints show [redacted] and [redacted] Mossy as the handlers. This one shows us both but [redacted] Mossy said he never got the email sent to him.

The business contacted me and sent me a check for $142 to cover the costs of the floor mats that I purchased on my own. I appreciate your organization as the business was very prompt in responding to me. We came to a settlement that I was happy with.

Mossy Nissan of Poway told me that a soft inquiry was performed. However, I received an alert from Experian that a hard inquiry was performed by Mossy.  If a hard inquiry was performed, I need Mossy Nissan to remove that from my credit report as it was done under the false pretense of checking my identity. We were paying cash for this vehicle, so Mossy Nissan had no need to perform hard inquiry to extend credit to us.

[I do not understand your response,however here is minel  Your salespeople saw a sick, single mom and targeted me.  Kept me in their dealership for hours upon hours and away from my goal objective.  They lied straiaght to my face, kept me away from the trueth till the end and hounded me with non information until 7 hours later I was $30,000 in debt fro $0 debt with a trade in car valued at over $11,000.  ??  "JWEPPS" is who owns this dealership and I am ready to take this all the way to Superior Court if I do not receive a refund for $10,ooo that is a settlement.  Since I made it abundantly clear that I only had $7000 limit  $5,000 hopeful starting point to [redacted]!  and He was clear on that point, Im ready to take this up and sue for punitive damages since I was in a h yper mania [redacted] of bi polar , had several diabetic reactions while there and while in a confused stated, been taken completely and full advantage of.  Mu attorney [redacted], [redacted] Street, San Diego, has been appraissed of this situation and stands ready upon receipt of your response
