We originally contacted *** who is a broker and they selected Most Valuable Movers for usThey have been nothing but headaches since pick upThey originally came 2/to pick up and did not provide the television box that was in the original estimateThey then proceeded to charge us an additional $claiming that they picked up more pieces than listed on the quoteThe receptionist at the company said it was weight was the reason we charged additionalNow while I can acknowledge the few items we had were on the truck, no viable explanation was provided as to why it was an additional $MVM called me Tuesday 2/to then tell us after the truck had left that our stuff wasn't on there because the driver indicated he would be getting in before our desired dateWe were told that day and later that week with a customer service representative from *** on the phone that it would be on the next shipment, Teusday 2/We never received e-mail confirmation so when we contacted t

Do not use this company or accept assignment of this mover via a broker to handle your move Our experience was horrible...they split the delivery into two separate loads (for belongings that would occupy a small 800sqftapartment and held us hostage upon arrival of the second truck with our belongings requesting $additional dollars in cash Settlement claim of $remains unpaid since Oct!! Under any circumstances, do not use this company You will regret it if you do

Early April a company called EZ moving was hired to execute my move from ** to ***Without notice, they hired a third party called Most Valuable MoversFrom the day this company showed up it was troubleThe first claim was that they no longer had a truck for my moveI needed to move my dateI refusedSuddenly they were able to come a couple days earlierUpon arrival the drivers were rough with my itemsI had to constantly ask them to handle items more carefullyAfter the truck was loaded the driver tried to grossly over charge meAgain I foughtI was promised an amount regardless of weight( I moved bedroom) they suddenly tried to charge over $4,The move was supposed to take the driver daysweeks of phone calls and being told they didn’t have my itemsFinally Most Valuable found my items and said they were being stored in a warehouse in New JerseyI was originally told once my truck was loaded at the starting point the drivers would directly leave

This company was contracted thru anther company that we hired to move our household goods from ** to *** We were overcharged for the services without weighing the load twiceWe asked to see the weight documents but they had noneWhen our goods arrived after going to NJ to be reloaded on another carrier every piece of wooden furniture was scratched or gouged poorly wrapped or not wrapped at all, our washer and dryer were both brokecosting $to repair,

My stuff was delivered damaged and missing altogetherTheir phone number is dnow disconnected

I contracted them to move me from Michigan to *** **, after arriving weeks later than promised, and giving me the run around, two movers finally arrive, one barely spoke English and the other no English, they damaged my furniture, and broke things, I filed a claim and signed a settlement letter after they tormented me and gave me the run around until my blood pressure was sky high
That was done on 5/and after all this time I called several times and emailed and still no check
They no longer answer the phone and I left many voicemail's
My move was initiated on Feb of
Please help as this business is simply not doing the right thing, and I want nothing more to do with them, I get angry and frustrated each time I recall what they did
Thank you,
*** ***

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Like you, I thought "Oh, well only people who have bad experiences post on yelpI'm sure none of the things that happened to these people will happen to me." That was very naïve of meThis company was hired by a moving broker, *** ** *** *** (who were also terrible.)  They just didn't show up on the day that they were supposed to come, then days later when they rescheduled, they were hours late with no phone callAtlantic to Pacific had quoted us one price for everything that I told them we had, after everything was loaded into the moving truck, the movers said they had to charge us an additional $because we took up more space that Atlantic to Pacific told themWe were reluctant, but paid themThey were supposed to deliver our things in days, it took weeks for our stuff to show upWe tried calling both companies with no responseWhen I finally did get a hold of AtP, they said that it was my fault it took weeks for our stuff to get to our new place and also ended phone calls with "F* ***" and then asked if I wanted to come for Florida to fight himWhen our stuff finally got to our new place, Most Valuable Movers wanted to charge us more because there were stepsIn our moving contract it said that the price included sets of stairsI don't think I've ever been as mad at a company They do not answer their phone, there is no voicemail setup, and you will not be able to get a hold of them at allWe almost called the police because we thought we got scammed after not receiving our stuff for almost a monthSave yourself the trouble and do it yourself, or use literally anyone else

This company was contracted to deliver my furniture to my home by April 5th of 2017, we also instructed the company that it needed to be a weekend delivery or after pm on a weekdayThe driver called me this morning and told me that if I wasnt there in the am when he was that they would be dropping my stuff off at a storage unit and would charge me per day and per foot until it was deliveredSince they are already over a week later, I find this unnacceptable

Our contract that was suppose to be followed was changed more than timesFirst they refuse to pick up items that were on the inventory listThen they went uo $on the price of the moveAnd they lost our family table that was very valuableAfter I told them I was putting in a complaint with the Revdex.com, they went back to the contract price but still charged me $extra dollarsAnd they also refuse to provide a weight ticket which in the contract stated I would definetly get one

My husband hired *** *** *** for our out of state move (from NC to **)They quoted us what appeared to be amazing fair prices and promised us professionalismWe were not informed nor were we aware that they subcontract our services to Most Valuable MoversThis experience has been a nightmareThe movers arrived to our apartment on 2/four hours lateImmediately upon arrival our initial agreed on price ($1572.96) increased $My husband agreed to pay due to adding some additional items to the list--they insisted to be paid in cashWe were then informed that our delivery should arrive in ** (where I was waiting) in 2-daysWe never received an update on the delivery--even after it was lateMy husband had to call both companies numerous times just to receive a run aroundIt was until I called the offices and left messages threatening to file police complaint for stolen items that they decided to respond stating we can expect our belongings in hoursON 3/3/t

Movers damaged goods during moveJob#*** ref* claim ID *** movers agreed on settlement check in the amount of $They will not answer my calls any moreI have called or times,

the moving company Most Valuable Movers took my belongings to a warehouse in New Jersey instead of delivering them to where I requestedThey don't answer their phone when they know who is callingThe only way to reach them is to call from a different line and when they answer they say they will call you back and then they don't and then proceed to not answer the phone againAfter terrible service I looked up this company which was subcontracted out by Tristate van linesOver people have been lied to by this company and yet they still are in businessOnce they pick up your belongings they take them and decide on their own terms when and how they will complete the shippingMost people that finally do receive their goods report major damage to their thingsIn my case my belongings were picked up days ago and now that I've left NY and arrived in my new state like every other customer I'm further away from having any control over what these people can do with my personal prope

On 4/2/the stated moving company picked up my household items from a storage facility as previously arranged through *** *** ***It was unbeknownst to me that my request would be subcontractedI had been advised prior to the pick up date that the move would take between 5-days and that I could call the company on Monday to determine when I could expect my itemsI called on Monday and was advised that my items were currently sitting in a storage unit and I would need to call back toward the end of the week to determine when my items would arriveI have placed a total of phone calls and have left messages over the course of days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and have received no call back and remain unaware of when to expect my itemsIn that I was advised that I would receive my items by 4/I have booked airfare that places me out of *** and unavailable to received my items if they are delivered between 4/20-4/I booked this travel in good fa

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE unless you want to be frustrated and deceived
This company was contracted through a broker to move my belongings They were supposed to give day notice, they gave me day They showed up in the middle of evening to load and then tried to charge me double or take my stuff back and unload it They claimed to delivery in - business days, but took a month They told me they would delivery on Thursday evening, but then said their truck broke down Called on Easter Sunday and said they were delivering the next day at 9AM or they would put my stuff in Storage, charge me and make me come get it

Stole a gold ring from my deceased father in law from my jewelry box, stole my son's huge Lego collection, family photos, wall pictures, electric lawn mower battery, broke a tool chest, scratched up my dining room floors moving furniture with no pads, delivered the wrong bed frame with our parts of the frame missing, missing TV and wii cables, missing screws to put furniture back together, missing shop tools, damaged all the wooden furniture and the list goes onTook $for the move and threatened they were not going to pick up all our stuffOriginal quote was We ended up with different loads on different trucks with days in between and unmarked boxesCash only for payment, non existing customers service

My father was army and we moved over timesI had more damage in one shipment with this company than we had in all whole house moves put togetherOver $4,in broken glassware and damaged and broken furniture All I asked them to cover was $1,to get the furniture repaired They are offering to pay $

Now that my shipment is finally complete and I have calmed down, I wanted to send an email to both companies so that you can know exactly how I feel and what type of review you will be getting I have never been more upset and disappointed in not company but Moving everything that I own across the country was the scariest thing I have ever done before and when I spoke with Michael at *** *** ***, he assured me that he understood and would help make this go as smoothly as possible He also assured me that I would be able to use my credit card for each transaction since my company was paying for this I had already cancelled with company because I found out that they were a broker and not the actual moving company At no time did he state that he was a broker and that he wouldn't be handling my move or even that I would speak to anyone aside from him His words to me were that they have been in business for X amount of years and they the government hires them and has contracts with them and that I would be speaking to him about every part of my move, which was a lie We also spoke about insurance Now insurance for moving is funny This is where you trick people Especially with a broker I was told that I would have "free" $10,worth of coverage on my items Now what you don't tell me is that I am not acutally covering the cost of my itemsOh no because you then say sign here which says a lb Oh yeah, you still have the $10,but it doesn't mean what you think it means You may cover my stuff for $10,but if I lost a $television, I don't receive that $back Oh no, I get cents on the lb., which we all know would be less than $ Yes, you people are very tricky I call that a scam and bt but I guess I prefer to sleep better at night knowing I am not screwing trusting people just to make a dollar After that initial phone call, I never heard from Michael again until I requested a copy of the contract that I signed with *** *** ***
Not instead, a few weeks later Nancy called me to tell me that MOST VALUABLE MOVERS would be moving my itemsShe called me on the 18th or 19th of January to tell me that the moving company would be at my house between 9am and noon on the 21st Hmm, I thought I Michael was going to call me but lets move on Then a while later Nancy calls back and says they won't be there until between and on the 21st Thursday, January 21st rolls around and I don't hear from anybody until 4:55pm from the driver He is running late and won't be there until or 7: I try to be patient and understanding so this is fine The driver did not arrive until after 9PM Now please keep in mind that I am not upset with any of the drivers because they are just doing what they canThey don't schedule or load their trucks to my knowledge I had everything packed and sitting in my living room for them to come in and grab and go They were still there until after 12:am Either way, my stuff is on the truck and he explained everything to the best of his ability Unfortunately, he doesn't realize that he's working for a bt company I filled out the credit card information form to be charged and told him I didn't pay the down payment so I needed to pay the $ His info didn't show that so he said just to pay the $and the drop-off would be the $and half weeks goes by and Nancy calls to tell me that I didn't pay anything and that I needed to fill the form out I should do so that day because a truck was leaving for Texas with my items So of course, I fill the form out again assuming that this is the down payment $and not the original $ I am now waiting for a phone call about when my items will be delivered None ever comes So I call Nancy back another week later and inquire about my items and was told that my items didn't make it on the truck because I was one of the last pick-ups Nothing is mentioned about my payments like she had previously stated There was no phone call to tell me that my items wouldn't be on the truck, there was nothing Then another emails comes my way about the down payment not being paid I check my credit card statement and sure enough only payment was taken out so I make the payment againI then receive an email from Nancy (not a call) that my stuff is on a truck but there is no delivery scheduled and I would need to contact the driverI replied asking for her to call me for an estimated date and re-explaining that I would need a later delivery or a weekend delivery due to my job (all of which I wrote down when my items were picked up) and to explain that I would need to pay with the credit card again since her email stated cash or money order She replied with contact the driver and you can't pay with credit card I then called federal relocation services again and received Michaels boss who was even more useless than anyone else I had spoken to to-dateApparently, their job was done once I signed a contract with them and they don't do any sort of follow-ups to make sure that everything is going as planned (even though I was told I would only be speaking with them), that no company does credit card at delivery and that it was my responsibility to call them and since it was now on a truck there was nothing they could do to help me I had originally thought that most valuable movers had days to get my items to me but after my frustration and reading through all the contracts and the "movers rights" manual, I learned things All of my contracts stated 7-days (this is almost a month by now) and that it is illegal for a broker to not tell you they are a broker and try to portray themselves as a moving companyThankfully, Angela with most valuable movers did email me back and apologize for federal relocation services and honored the credit card at pickup I paid before my items were delivered but since I really had no choice, it was doneAfter that, I called the driver on 2/(Tuesday) to discuss delivery He didn't answer so I left a voicemail He then called me back( which I have a screenshot of) and we discussed how I needed either a later delivery or a weekend delivery due to my job He stated that we would work together and that he understood I didn't hear anything back from him until Friday 2/at which point he says, he never spoke to me and that he wouldn't deliver until Sunday night (which was fine) or Monday morning I re-explained to him that I wouldn't be home on Monday morning and could we shoot for Sunday We then got into an argument about him speaking with me or calling me back I had to hang up because he was yelling at me and my cubemates could hear every word of it from across the room I told him I would speak with his company and send him the screenshot of him calling me back minutes later, he called back and apologized I accepted and explained to him my experience with both of these terrible companies and how it's just shy of a few days of a month that I haven't had my items and I can't miss work I am a single mother who can't afford to lose her job after just getting here to Texas Again, he said we would work together and he would be there either Saturday or Sunday Saturday at 1:PM, he calls me and tells me there is an accident that put him an hour behind from Dallas and wouldn't be able to make it Dallas is only hours from me but since I can't force him to come I said fine He then says he won't be there until Monday now because he has to go to San Antonio and he can't wait to drop off until Of course, this ends in another argument where I tried to reach someone at both companies and nobody called me back Well, in the end me and the driver did work it out and he showed up on Sunday at 7pm to unload Apparently, he didn't have any help so I had to move the boxes in by myself while he unloaded my beds and dressers I was unable to check my inventory on items that were being brought in since it was dark and I had to help him Of course, I am missing boxes of stuff and received boxes of somebody else's things Due to your worthless insurance policy, I am not even going to waste my time trying to get compensation out of either boxes because the weight wasn't that much and receiving $is more of a slap in the face than a decent result In the end, I hope all of your drivers find better companies to work for because they are the faces that are getting the *** end of the deal because their companies don't schedule properly or care about anything other than making a dollar It's easier to lie and get the contract than to be a decent company From working in customer service for over years, I know that word of mouth travels faster than anything I will be putting this email on every review site, Revdex.com and social media I will continue sharing it for as long as I can If I can reach at least person who was thinking about using your companies and convince them to change their mind, it will be worth it There are many moving companies around and I am sure that are many more with better work ethics than your companies

I had a horrible experience that I cannot sum up in words in this short text box, but I had created a complaint about damages and missing items with the companyThey had a third party known as *** to help with the settlementI had submitted pictures and started the process with the company back in June The process took way longer than it should have but the rep *** at *** has been more than helpfulThe final settlement letter from *** that I needed to sign to finish the claim was never received so I reached back out and when it was finally received and signed to be sent back it was October of I did not receive the settlement check of a measly $which I only settled for the amount to be done with this terrible companyI felt as though I deserved more but was so disgusted I just felt like it was enough to never have to deal with them againI reached out to *** several times who reached out to Most Valuable Movers who kept stating it was on the way to no a

Moving company provided me with an inaccurate estimate, lost my personal items as well as damaged items that were actually deliveredI have called and emailed the company continually, I have yet to hear back
All the items that were lost, damaged and/or delivered were inventoried and provided to the moving companySince that time, the company had closed
