Ms. [redacted] has received both her title and current inspections for her vehicle.(See attached copy of signed title and current inspection) We did address both of Ms. [redacted] concerns with the vehicle. We repaired the door and also replaced the air and cabin filter on the vehicle, which the vehicle didn't really need. It was "recommended" maintenance per [redacted]. We did this out of good faith and did it out of our pocket and Ms. [redacted] paid $0. As far as the rate change Ms. [redacted] is talking about, the banks determine the rate and term they are willing to offer. She was offered several different terms and rates. As with any finance company, the longer the term, the higher the rate. Due to Ms. [redacted]' budget she wanted to stay within, she chose the 84 month term at 7.75% instead of the 72 month term at 6.49%. Reason being, the payment was lower at 84 months (even though the rate was a little higher). This was an easier and more comfortable payment for her and Ms. [redacted] 100% agreed to the rates and terms presented to her by signing a legal binding contract. Close to a month after Ms. [redacted] purchased the vehicle she came in on a Saturday and threw the keys to her vehicle back on our receptionists desk and stated "here is your car back" and walked out of the dealership. She was contacted that she needed to pick up her vehicle that she purchased. The vehicle was already funded through the finance company and we told Ms. [redacted] if she didn't pick it up it would result in the finance company repossessing the vehicle which would show on her credit bureau. Ms. [redacted] picked the vehicle up the following Tuesday. She then returned that following day and spoke with both [redacted] and myself in the finance office and we showed her for the third time why her rate had changed. She left happy and did not have any more questions. We thought the situation was resolved then. As for financing through [redacted], anyone that qualifies (credit and income pending) can get an auto loan through them. You do not need to be an employee or retiree to get a loan with them. As for the second key, we purchased the vehicle with one key and therefore we sold the vehicle with one key. If there was a second key, we would have gave it to her at the time of purchase. I have attached the we owe as well which would have stated if we owed her a second key. If you have any questions please call me at [redacted].

My name is [redacted] and I am the Store Manager at Motor City Auto Sales. We have provided Ms. [redacted] with everything she needs to register her vehicle. She was provided an inspection in her glove box the day of delivery and we have emailed a copy to her. There were zero mechanical issues with...

the vehicle. She took it to a Ford dealership and they "recommended" to change the cabin filter and air filter, which we did and paid for. Ms. [redacted] needed a longer loan and wanted a lower payment and the only way to get the deal done was to extend the term which in return also raises the interest rate but lowers the monthly payment to the payment Ms. [redacted] was looking for. She was presented multiple options when it came to financing this vehicle and this is the one she chose and signed all contracts and documents on. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at [redacted].

We were notified by the finance company that Mr. [redacted]'s name was spelled incorrectly on her insurance policy. Both Motor City and the finance company notified her that this needed to be corrected. She said she would. After several hours, the finance company called and notified us that the change has not been made. We did call her insurance company and asked them if they can send us a updated copy of insurance with her name spelled correctly so we can comply with the finance company's request. The finance company only gives us a short amount of time to get them all the required documents and fund the deal, otherwise the deal gets returned for not complying. We 100% deny her request of returning her down payment. The finance company required the down payment, not Motor City.
