I was advised well in advance of Kevin's arrival He was punctual, extremely professional, courteous, and expertly qualified to do his job He let me know, before he began work to let me know the cost of the job, in order for me to determine if I wanted the work performed This is the second time Kevin has come to my home,and, in fact is the reason I have called Benjamin Franklin and requested him specifically The first was to inspect and service the water heater, and this time to replace the kitchen faucet He is an exceptional employee

I would definitely recommendwe had our sewer line replaced from the house to the main lineThis company is hard working

In response to the claim ID [redacted] Mr [redacted] states that he made a purchace with us thru E-Bay, when infact he purcased a engine kit from us directlyThe origanal kit that he inquired about was a base kit that is on E-Bay, the item [redacted] is this kit list for $When Mr [redacted] called and ordered the kit he decided to add some options to this kit which included a new set of connecting rods, flexplate, harmonic balancer, and to have the kit balanced, which made the kit $plus the $shippingAll was agreed on and Mr [redacted] purchaced this kit over the phoneWe then put this custom kit together for him and Balanced the Rotating AssemblyOnce we balance the rotating assembly these components are a matched set and cannot be broke up and sold seperatly, balancing a roatating assembly consist of seperatly weighing each component, pistons, connecting rods, rings, bearings, wrist pins, to achive a bobwelght for the motor, then the crankshaft is put on a machine and set up with a simulated bobweight, at that time we measure the out of balance and drill (machine) the counter weights to correct the out of balance stateThe origanal kit that Mr [redacted] is refering to on E-Bay did not include this servicePer our last phone convesation he stated that he had called to find out the status of his order, (which we told him at time that his parts were already shipped) and that he knew then that he was going to cancel the order but did not Inform us of his intention to do soWhen the UPS delivered his parts he simply refused shippment and the parts were shipped back to usEnclosed in the shippment was his packing slip and origanal invoice which dearly states, that there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned partsMr [redacted] never called to ask about returning the parts, he just simply refused shippment expecting to recieve a full refundI will also include in this a copy of the origanal invoice that clearly states our return policy on this purchace Thanks, Motorsports Unlimited Phone 812-232- [redacted] Email: [redacted] @yahoo.com

My review is based off the HOUSTON location: Do not fall for this racket.....overpriced, un-necessary, and sloppy work! I was charged $to blow in some insulation and spray paint my attic silver It did NOT lower the temperature in the attic Parts of the plywood were uncovered They came back out to fix errors after sales guy inspected They were here for a total of minutes and left Again, no manager available for a quality check, so I went up there myself and the insulation was still covering the wood beams, so they obviously had not ventured far into the attic And sure enough.....still exposed plywood not covered How is that supposed to reduce the attic temperature if not even installed correctly Should've saved my $so I could just buy a new AC in a few years......THAT would actually cool my house!!!!!

Unfortunately I've needed BFP services on a number of occasions for various properties I ownThey've always been reliable and great to work with

I had a broken water main between my house and street Very knowledgeable and performed the replacement within a couple of days

I was very happy with the response time and our technician Robert was very polite and and timelyThe cost of the repair was reasonable and was explained wellMy one criticism would be that I did not feel like our technician was well educated with our specific type of water heater (solar/electric) and that the repair he ended up performing was more of a best guess than anythingHe was very proficient and knowledgeable about the repair and water heaters in general and did a good job explaining why he was doing what he didAlso, since that time our problem has resolvedI will definitely use this plumbing company again

EAS radiant barrier is a great concept for energy efficiency in your home However, if you have no knowledge or experience on the type of work they do in your attic, you have no way of knowing if they have done a good job or a bad one I now have to spend thousands of dollars to repair damages to my attic and my daughter's room due to their workmanship I am not an expert on attics or a/c units, and was not aware that a part of my cooling/heating system was located in the attic with piping and a drip pan that drains down to a bathroom sink The EAS technician did a very sloppy job and completely surrounded the unit with insulation and filled the drip pan with insulation The insulation clogged the drain line and the water dripping from the unit had no where to go, causing it to overflow the drain pan and leak into the room below, also causing mold to grow in attic These damages did not surface until years after the 1yr warranty expired and of course they will not take the blame

Robert showed up on time and was very professional Problem is not yet solved, but some progress was made

The price seemed about right and a little lower than other plumbers I contacted
