Keith C[redacted] and Manual did an excellent job installing sump pumps in our home. They were always open to my suggestions. Keith always offeredto help with clean-up. The job was expensive, but most likely worth the money and it took alot of hard work. I like the 3 year guarantee.

The service was excellent and professional. The technician (Keith) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented alternatives for replacement or repair. I choose to replace the water heater as it was 20 years old. Keith drove through a snow storm to Reno and back to get a new water heater. He installed the unit, cleaned up the area in a much better condition than he found it all in the same day (Pro Bowl Sunday). Great job!!! Super technician!!! Pricing was expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for!!!

Keith was very knowledgeable and efficient. Keith explained everything to me and was extremely friendly and courteous. The entire Benjamin Franklin staff were helpful and polite.

I would definitely recommend. we had our sewer line replaced from the house to the main line. This company is hard working.

These guys are great. Top notch products and services. I had a stainless steel water filtration unit with copper pipes installed in my house by Benjamin Franklin. Very professional and friendly company. Price was great for such a high quality product. The installer was very friendly and helpful. Right after the installation I could see the major improvement in my (hard) water. So, I'm very happy with my experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing and recommend them very highly.

My review is based off the HOUSTON location:
Do not fall for this racket.....overpriced, un-necessary, and sloppy work! I was charged $4000 to blow in some insulation and spray paint my attic silver. It did NOT lower the temperature in the attic. Parts of the plywood were uncovered. They came back out to fix errors after sales guy inspected. They were here for a total of 15 minutes and left. Again, no manager available for a quality check, so I went up there myself and the insulation was still covering the wood beams, so they obviously had not ventured far into the attic. And sure enough.....still exposed plywood not covered. How is that supposed to reduce the attic temperature if not even installed correctly. Should've saved my $4000 so I could just buy a new AC in a few years......THAT would actually cool my house!!!!!
