Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had specifically asked [redacted] about the clause and his response to me was that the money would be refunded under any circumstance...Also, they are also incorrect in saying that I have not purchased a vehicle from them....the bike was under [redacted] and I was a co signer...I was mislead and as a previous customer of them with various referrals from myself to their establishment this is a slap in the face...I was told that a deposit was required but was refundable I was falsely informed...the reason for me asking was because I saw what the contract stayed and was assured it would be refundable by [redacted] himself....as for the managers that handled the situation my fiancé was told specifically by the lead sales person that he was going to leave it up to the manager to decide wether or not the money would be refunded meaning that they could have done something every if it was as good will

I am rejecting this response because:The damages Motorcycle Mall CLAIMS my motorcycle had were not identified the first months they had the motorcycleThere was work done to the front and back ends of the bike and the damages that Motorcycle Mall is claiming were not discussed nor offered to be repaired when they initially had the bike then when I take the motorcycle in for the mirror to be repaired these damages are suddenly identifiedI did pick up my motorcycle and paid my bill, that I should not have had in the first place because they charged me $to check the steeringWhen the steering was not a problem when I initially dropped the motorcycle off

To Whom it May Concern,Any time our customers (or new Service customers) have a problem with a new motorcycle, we go through all of our customer's concerns and have our certified technicians review the motorcycles in hopes of replicating the problem and addressing it to ensure the motorcycle is running as per the manufacturers specsPlease understand that we sell the motorcycles and service them; but we do not make themThese problems do come up from time to time; and we are here to ensure that the unit is riding properlyIf there is a problem with a new motorcycle, our certified technicians look at it, address / fix it along with the manufacturer and take care of any problems (if they exist)As our Service Advisor explained to you, there is a diagnosis fee (just like a doctor looking for a problem that you might have) of $for our technicians to look over your motorcycle, try to replicate the same problem, determine what the problem may be, ride the motorcycle to test it and anything else that might be needed to do to determine the problem (if any) If the problem is under warranty or something that is a manufacturer defect, then it would be covered under that warranty of your new motorcycleWhen the certified technician reviewed your concern of brake drag/noise, the technician went through the entire system and check for brake drag / noiseThe technician saw that the pedal free play was OK, the brakes were functioning as designed, the pads and rotor was in new (recently purchased) conditionThe fluid level was correct and there was no visible problem foundThe technician then rode the motorcycle for miles and at the start of the ride, the rotor was degrees and rechecked the rotor after the ride, which the rotor was at degreesThere was no evidence of bluing on the rotor and all throughout the ride, the brakes were functioning as per the specs of the machineThe technician found no problem at all with the brakes on your motorcycleThis was all written in your repair order (that you received a copy of)We not only looked at this "so-called problem" but the customer purchased a new exhaust, power commander and air filter, which we installed and did a dyno tune; so the unit being at our dealership for a week is warranted because there were multiple jobs being completed on this customer's unitIf there is no problem with a customer's motorcycle but our technicians work on the machine, do you think we are not entitled to be compensated the time that we spent looking over / working on your motorcycle in search for a problem you felt you had (but does not exist)? And in the end, we waived the charge and you feel as though we did not provide good customer service? And you feel as though you should be given your money back for a motorcycle that there is no issue with? Unfortunately we do not see it that way.If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directlyThank you,Rich GGM [redacted] Tell us why here

I purchased a KTM motorcycle on November 10, from Motorcycle Mall I was told a week after leaving with the motorcycle that they issued the wrong VIN # It is concerning that this establishment could allow this vehicle to leave with an incorrect VIN # Upon the dealership discovering this error a week after my purchase, I had to go back to the dealership to sign additional paperwork which caused a delay in the issuance of the correct title, registration, and license plates As of today, January 17, 2018, I am still waiting on the title, registration and license plateI have contacted the dealership several times and have not received any resolution to this matter and no inclination to when this will be rectified The staff working at motorcycle mall is unprofessional and has illustrated a constant lack of experience from the day of my purchase to today I cannot get any answers from anyone there and do not know what has been done to expedite the process and rectify this

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I initially purchased the bike from motorcycle mall on 3/and also placed some parts on order to be installed when they arrived (** slpipes, power commander and air filer) and dyno tuning. Since the power commander was on back order at this time, I picked up the bike a few days later after purchase with the intention of bringing the bike back to have all three items installed at one time when the items arrived. I brought the bike home from the dealership but was unable to ride it right away due to the weather at the time But as soon as the weather improved, I took the bike for a ride and heard a grinding noise and what smell like heated brake pads. I waited a couple of days more so I can ride it again and to check if the problem persisted, which it did Considering that it is a new bike and should be under warranty, I thought perhaps it would be best to bring it back to the dealership to have them check this issue. I brought the bike back on or about April 20 letting them know that the rear brakes were making that noise and they also were hot to the touch. A few days later I called to see if they had any update on the status of the bike. They stated that there were two bikes in front of me and as soon as they could get to my bike they would call and update me. On or about April I received an email from Motorcycle Mall telling me that my parts were all in. So I called them up to find out the status of the bike and I was told that the bike was ready for pickup and that they had not encountered any issues with the brakes. I took their word and went in person the following day and gave them the go-ahead to install all the parts that had arrived. On May 4, I received a call from the service department that my bike was ready for pick-up. The next day (May 5) I picked up the bike and rode it home and to my surprise the rear brake issue was still there. I then proceeded to call my salesman and explained the situation of the rear brake problem. He connected me to a service manager. I reiterated my issue to the manager and told him I don't think the bike is running properly and that it was making a clunky noise as well as the brake issue. So he went on to explain that the *** motorcycles have a clunky transmission, but as far as the rear brake issue, he insinuated that perhaps I was riding with my foot on the brake I explained to him that I have been riding for over years and riding with my foot on the brake would be a ridiculous thing to do when I've been riding so many years. That to me was somewhat insulting Since I felt I could not rely on Motorcycle Mall's service and technicians, I made a phone call to a different motorcycle service department that also services *** motorcycles to see if I can get an opinion of this brake issue and to find out if this was a common thing for this type of bike. Their technician asked me if I lifted up the bike to check if the wheel was spinning freely. So I took the technicians advise and jacked up the bike to see if the back wheel was spinning freely. I video tapped it and I can see and hear that the back wheel was not spinning freely as it should and you could obviously hear the grinding noise when I spun the wheel with my hand After performing this test and video tapping it, I called the service manager at Motorcycle Mall to inform him that I was still having issues with the rear brake to only get from him that I should just continue riding my bike and eventually the noise would go awayNow, here is my dilemmathe problem still persist. 1) Do I continue to ride it until the brake pads wear out completely or until the noise goes away? Right now the rotor has what looks like scratches in the circumference of the rotor. Am I going to have to continuously replace the brake pads, rotors, and deal with grinding noise and heated rotors 2) How can you perform a proper dyno tune to the bike with the rear brakes dragging? To add, since they have performed the installation of the pipes and the dyno tune, the bike pops and the transmission is still clunky. Please advise

To Whom it May Concern,As stated in the last response; if you feel that there is a problem with the motorcycle, you are more than welcome to bring it back to our dealership (or another authorized *** dealer) for us / them to check it overWe are here to help ensure that every motorcycle that we sell is running to the manufacturer specs of each and every unit.As we did before, an authorized *** technician will check the motorcycle over as explained to us by the customerIf there is a factory issue / problem with the machine, we will fix it and it will be covered under the warranty that the new machine comes with. If there is no problem or another problem (from wear and tear / user error), the customer will be responsible for the service on the motorcycleWhen the motorcycle was here at the dealership, it was test ridden, with the technician reviewing it to see if there was anything wrong with itIt was also put on the Dyno machine and during these times in our dealership, there was no problem that we saw or witnessedPlease feel free to bring the unit to us if you'd like us to check the concerns you haveIf there is something wrong, we will address it.Thank you,Rich GGM

To Whom It May Concern,The customer came into the dealership in late Octand had the following items completed:General Service, replace the chain and sprockets, replace the stator, rectifier, bearings and seals, etcThis was a major service that cost $2,for parts that needed to be replaced and the labor to complete the jobThe customer was called in mid November (11/20/15) to inform him that there were parts that we needed to complete the job that were back orderedWhen the parts did arrive, the job was completed and the customer was called on 12/19/14.During this time, the bike was not ridden outside as it was November / DecemberWe completed the service job as per the customerThe bike was never dropped or kicked or involved in any accidentThe dent to the frame of the motorcycle does not happen unless there is an accidentThe only item that was damaged was a mirror, which was damaged while the Service Employee was moving the bike from our basement (where we store service bikes) to the service work areaAgain, this employee was fired for damaging a customer's mirror without telling the service manager, service writer or owner of the dealership. When the customer than brought his motorcycle back in and complained that he wanted us to check the steering because when he is turning, he has to fight it to go straightWhen we were asked to check and review his steering as per the customer's complaint - and a different service than the one he completed in OctDuring the investigation of the motorcycle's steering, we noticed that there needed to be new handlebars that were needed to fix the issueIn addition, we replaced the seals and fork oil - which was needed as well for the customerThis was a total different issue and he was charged for the parts and labor to fix the second issue to the customer's bike - which had nothing to do with the first service that was completeWe did give the customer new mirrors and he was not charged for those mirrorsThe total price for parts and labor to fix the customer's steering issue was $877. The two services that the customer had were needed and we completed the job as per the services that the customer requestedThese damages did not occur in our dealership

I am rejecting this response because:I took the bike there when this problem was first noticed and your staff quoted me $ before they even looked at the bike, than they said it was rider error (that I must be riding with my foot on the brake) same thing you are writing now wear and tear or rider errorand just today the throttle is sticking because I got caught in the rain, the bike has faults and issues and Motorcycle Mall already proved that they are capable of resolving the problem you had the bike for about a week and claimed no problem with rear brakes, so I went ahead then gave the OK to install after market parts, and the rear problem still there plus various other problems, your staff is not trained in proper communication with either you or their customersyour shop stated rider error, another stated breaking in period, the *** now has over miles and all the issues that it has since mile plus now the throttle sticking

Same as the other review, sales was great until something goes wrong then nobody wants to help you, they trap your money and when your bike is a lemon they offer you trade in at a loss because they don't care if you lose as long as they make money which is their only concernI'm out $because of this lemon bike and they dont offer a reasonable resolution but to take it out with the manufacturer, HARD EARNED MONEY! DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE SUPPORT SMALLER MOTORCYCLE BUSINESSES

I purchased a bike at the motorcycle mall and salesman gary m*** did a excellent job in many ways the building and show room is a must see

I bought a motorcycle Suzuki sfvon July of 2018.I didn't know the motorcycle was involved in an accident on 07/08/2017.the salesman and the dealer never informed me about that by the way the salesman named Sandro never offer me a copy of carfax report.I called him several times and told him that I needed an exchange because I found the bill of the repair shop.his answers were there's nothing he can do .the dealer doesn't take motorcycles back.if I knew the motorcycle was involved in an accident I would never bought it.I rode the motorcycle home that day and never rode again since then.I don't feel secure in that vehicle.I just want to solve this the better way for both parties

I happened to buy my motorcycle gloves thereDidn't fit very well though, the advisors weren't really helpfulTurns out, you cannot return them in new condition next day with the receipt, the only thing they do is the store credit!? This is ridiculuos!

To Whom it May Concern,The customer has a 14 year old motorcycle that was involved in a accident prior to it arriving at Motorcycle Mall. The damages to the bike are clear and easy to see from the naked eye. These damages were discussed with the customer and service writer at Motorcycle Mall. The...

frame of the motorcycle has a dent in it - from a massive force (an accident that occurred) and scrapes, dings and dents. This bike was in this same condition when the customer brought the bike into Motorcycle Mall - we have photos of the bike when it came in.The customer is correct in saying he spoke with the owner and the owner reviewed the cameras for him (regarding the mirror). During the time at our dealership, the mirror was leaned on and did get damaged. Damaged was not told the Service Writer or Manager - and that employee was fired as a result of doing damage to the customer's mirror and not informing our Manager or Service Writer. When the bike came back in, we had an issue getting the right mirror because the customer's 2001 Suzuki does not have 2001 mirrors. The customer has different year (2006 I believe) aftermarket mirrors that we needed to fabricate to fit the motorcycle. There was some ordering of the wrong mirrors as it was never told to our Service Dept. that the mirrors he had on his motorcycle was for a 2006 vs. his 2001 Suzuki. This is the main reason why the customer did not get his motorcycle back in a timely manner. In regards to the motorcycle being damaged in our dealership for the dented frame, steering column and fork seals is crazy as these damages were caused by the accident that the motorcycle was in. The clutch and brake pedals are damaged, the side engine cover is painted black to cover the scratches and other blemishes from the accidents. The bike is missing bolts and screws and other items that came to our dealership like this. There is no way a motorcycle has a dented frame unless it was involved in an accident. There is notes in our system stating that the Service Writer spoke to the customer regarding the bent steering column and fork seals. The customer did not want to get these damages fixed. This customer's motorcycle was fixed with a mirror and the customer paid his bill and took the motorcycle.

I am rejecting this response because:The damages Motorcycle Mall CLAIMS my motorcycle had were not identified the first 2.5 months they had the motorcycle. There was work done to the front and back ends of the bike and the damages that Motorcycle Mall is claiming were not discussed nor offered to be repaired when they initially had the bike then when I take the motorcycle in for the mirror to be repaired these damages are suddenly identified. I did pick up my motorcycle and paid my bill, that I should not have had in the first place because they charged me $770 to check the steering. When the steering was not a problem when I initially dropped the motorcycle off.
