I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to the City of Elk Grove and they said themselves this doesn't look right.I want this issue resolved. The entire Taylor Morrison workers and whoever came onsite have known about this issue. I haven't pursued this further but if this doesn't get resolved, I might get everyone in the neighborhood to start a petition to get everyones garage redone as I have heard everyone complaining about this.As far as the comment made about never doing any work on my home, what a bunch of crap? There is still warranty remaining and I will use this.While this matter is still up, the tile repair work that never got completed for 2yrs, still was left half done. They ran out of tiles and left. There are still 4 tiles that need to be replaced. [redacted]. communicated via phone calls about this and was involved in repairing the tiles. I need those done, and that job isn't complete.I'll appreciate things getting done and wrongfully marked completed.

fees that were never rendered. Closing costs for a loan that never got money with drawn from. Origination fees for a loan that was never used.  We immediatly asked for a reversal and close of the loan when it was discovered we could not build and they did nothing.

I am rejecting this response because: The Mountain America assistant branch manager I spoke with on the phone informed me that my address was updated on on 11/13 when I made the payment and updated my last name. Before that, I had not received any type of notification via mail that there was a payment due. Also, if my address was changed in November, I would like to know what address it was sent to before because there hasn't been anyone within the credit union that can seem to verify where it was sent to. I had a different mailing address before, and never received a notice. I would like to know what address these notices were sent to because my Pleasant Grove address was not in Mountain America's records until after a payment was received in November.

I am rejecting this response because:  1. I didn't get your instruction of how to do documentation and your form needed for reimbursement untill last week after I contacted you last week and waited for half year. Before you sent me your forms, I had no idea of how to do the documentation, so I just sent what I think was good enough and prepared well for you. You work with something like reimbursement every day, but for me, this was the first time and I hoped it was also the last time.  I have some more pictures of damaged items, but since I already spent a lot of time organizing my previous documents, I won't do anything before we first reach some agreement on the compensation. As I stated, even though you repaired my home, you rejected all my other reasonable request on the inconvenience, diminished property value which all caused by the construction defect.  Please think over within the time frame I gave to you before I take legal action.

I apologize for the delayed response to your complaint as well as for the confusion regarding your available balance on your account. After reviewing your claim and looking over your account history, I think that the problem lies in the fact that you are viewing your total balance but not...

your available balance, which is more accurate. Let me explain.
When you use your debit or credit card without the PIN number, it takes 2-3 days before the charge actually clears your account. During this time the merchant places what is called a Preauthorization on your card. This means they received an approval because there were funds available. Since they received an approval, they are now guaranteed the funds and can wait the 2 or 3 days for their processing to actually debit the money from your account. In the meantime, when you look at your balance, you would not see the preapprovals pending because the preauthorization was already given to the merchant. We do show your available balance online however that balance will reflect the true balance, minus all the pre-authorizations that are outstanding. I hope that helps clarify the situation.
Also, I see that we have reimbursed multiple fees and are trying to work with you. I am sorry that we have not explained this to your satisfaction. I hope this helps.

[redacted] I still don't accept your solution!  You have taken your previous position which I still find shameful! You keep trying to pivot away from the issues of your poor customer service, while trying to protect yourself from bad reviews.  The review that I have given could have been halted in advance if your Employees would have dealt with the issues when I told them two weeks in advance that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, instead MACU decided the best approach was to bury their heads in the sand.  I have instructed the DMV to return both titles to MACU in anticipation of paying off both loans.Once again the only soltion I will accept is to remove the hold off my account so that I can deposit the money and THEN payoff the car loan and close my account!
